Honestly I think him arguing she’s not black enough is a boost for her, because I’m sure a lot of people can relate to that kind of attack. I’m glad in Harris’s response she was just like “well it’s the same old thing.” She didn’t talk about race, she didn’t give him what he wanted. She just stayed on message. Let’s continue moving the country forward.

As far as I understand, "treason" in the USA requires giving aid and comfort to an enemy of war. Even someone who slaughtered the entire population of the USA - unless it was during an active war - couldn't be charged with treason. No idea whether there's an even halfway suitable crime defined for even the attempt to destroy the democratic system or take out the constitution, or anything else he and his cronies are trying to do...

My theory is that back in the 1700s, the founding fathers wanted a way to take away the power to vote from certain people if needed. Otherwise, why wouldn't they also add that rule to prospective presidents or other political positions?
