It's important to remember when the primary was going Democrats in Pennsylvania were voting for Nikki not because they wanted to vote for her but because they wanted to beat Trump. He's 20 so that would of been his first time voting. My bet is that he wanted to get Trump out that way. MM is right I think.
It was dismissed because they are saying that assigning a special prosecutor violates the constitution .. not that he is innocent .. this will be over turned on appeal ..if he is innocent why doesn’t he fight it in the court .. not arguing procedures ..
