I’m so conflicted.. I’m no lawyer but it seem like the system just look broken and corrupt..this case should of been thrown out along time ago without prejudice,, so the state can start over if they think they have a case

The question was, did they have evidence that he was driving? Answer the question. If they did they could have picked him later. One thing I do know, witnesses will LIE. Especially when they have a strong dislike for you. An oath means nothing to some. I know because I was totally lied on in court in my face. Guess by who? A family member.

IF this trial EVER goes to the Jury. I Dont think they will be able to come to an agreement with all the BS thrown at them. Either mistrial or not guilty bc too much reasonable doubt.
