Trump Blasts Mail-In Ballots: 'There'll Be Fraud Like You've Never Seen'

President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden hurled insults and repeatedly interrupted each other in their first debate in Cleveland on Tuesday, sparring over topics ranging from health care to the economy and their families as moderator Chris Wallace tried mostly in vain to control the conversation.
Biden repeatedly called Trump a “clown” and told him to “shut up” as Trump talked over his answers. He called the president a “racist” after Trump defended his orders to end racial sensitivity training in the government.
Trump insulted Biden’s intelligence and jabbed the former vice president over unsubstantiated allegations about his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings.
Biden called Trump “the worst president America’s ever had” and said that under his leadership “we’ve become weaker, sicker, poorer, more divided, more violent.”

He totally called it. But IMO his team should've done everything they can months ago to insist for in person voting. Democrat's argument was that it's too "dangerous" to vote in person because of COVID.... well what about now where all these volunteers are packed into buildings counting ballots?

Arizona still hasn’t been called and it’s Friday.....they said they got so much mail in ballots dropped off on Election Day. This is bull man. I don’t even mail my bills anymore how can we keep allowing them to mail democracy?

Nuance is Trump's weakness. Nuance is also where CNN slips in the lies. Trump solicited a ballot with signature confirmation. Trump's complaining about mail in ballots that are sent out to everyone on the voter rolls, which in many cases, thanks to Democrats, have people on them who died during the Carter administration and others who have registered at more than a dozen addresses. That's why places like LA County have tens of thousands more voters than adults.

@@Doing_Time Wait, Trump cast a vote by mail ballot in Florida and submitted the primary ballot via 3rd person, this is ballot harvesting (which Trump tweeted he was against but did, and House Republicans created a bill to try to make illegal any non-kin, community ballot collection, submissions). Also, Kayleigh McEnany stated that 112% were registered to vote in LA County. That is true. It was information found in a 2017 JW lawsuit. That 112 % include both Active and Inactive voters, (inactive ones have to re-register/prove ID, to vote by mail, can only cast provisional ballots per EC 2300, 14310a and per EC 2000 - 2609 are excluded from mail in voting). I believe the resolution of the lawsuit was a purge. Kayleigh McEnany's had outdated statistics and did not clarify what was included in the JW's 2017 findings or the inactive voters' limitations. This information is public. What Carter Administration decedents? And in which state? Specifics are always preferred over abstracts.

@@louisanna30 No, that is not ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is when you go canvasing for ballots. That is much different than designating someone to pick up or deliver your ballot, which is allowed under Florida voter law. You're conflating absentee voting in California with unsolicited mail in voting. If you don't vote by absentee in an election they will stop automatically sending you absentee ballots, but you are still registered to vote and can do so in person in any election. Under unsolicited voting everyone is mailed a ballot who is registered, not just those registered as absentee with a signature on file. The good thing for residents in California is that they can ensure their own vote by going to california.ballottrax.net/voter/ to sign up to track their votes by mail. Unfortunately that does nothing to address ballots being sent to deceased people and people who have moved out of state. Your last question doesn't make sense, but I was talking about why LA county has so many registered voters.

@@louisanna30 as far as purges, we've had legislation passed to do it, we've had a voter initiative pass to disqualify inactive voters, and we've gotten court orders to purge specific cities and counties...but I've never seen it reported that it actually happened on any significant scale...there is always some kind of legal challenge or some secretary who simply chooses not to do it...Jerry Brown when he was attorney general would simply choose not to defend any voter initiate laws in court if he didn't like them...
