I made no reference to Juan Merchan or the other judges trying Traitor Trump, but it is obvious that they have treated him with far more leniency that any other criminal defendant.

Idk man, I agree with you. I think logically there needs to be an investigation on something of that scale. Especially when it was a sitting president. If we act from the hip and move too quickly I could see this becoming a bigger problem down the road. If this process was easy to accomplish it would open the door for political uprisings. Just look overseas at countries who have governments overturned every other election.. I agree but we need to look at the big picture and to the future in this pivotal moment (sorry for the book friend)

He has been arrested, FOUR times. That is what an arraignment is, the hearing after being arrested. We even have mugshots because he was arrested. Trump surrendered to the arresting authorities which is why his no surrender shirts make no sense, he surrendered 4 times. I think you mean convict him of violating bond and "remand him into custody" or "jail him", not arrest him.
