Yes. I am from Newtown, specifically Sandy Hook district of old. I had tiny family members in that school at the time. My cousins grandchildren. 4 of them. There are Americans who have never left their state let alone the country. But for those of us who have lived in dictatorships, it is not all rosy. As a child most of my family was Republican. I never felt anything wrong about that growing up until George Bush. However, Trump has seriously made me sad for my family and friends who still support it. Many of them are hurt by his policies. The only thing I notice among all of them is they are haters. The government checked with his wife, Dr and employer. He has storage and safety requirements and all guns are stored in a metal cabinet under double lock. You can have your guns - but you need to be safe about it.
