"Worst" seems to be the wrong categorization. That would assume gross negligence instead of her intentional actions to prevent the multi offending criminal con man from ever being actually held accountable for his blatant treasonous actions. The documents he did take do matter (though I suspect they were not that important), but since all presidents have done so in one way or another, he cannot be singled out. Either apply the law firmly to everyone, or let everyone off the hook.

Yes, The Federal Bureau of Investigation snuck HUNDREDS of boxes of top secret documents into Mar A Lago, placing them out in plain sight, where Trump and his staff could easily see them, and then raided the place weeks later. This wasn't six boxes. It wasn't even fifty. It was multiple HUNDREDS. And again, they were sitting out in plain sight, including in his BEDROOM. It's not election interference, it's criminal prosecution interference. He ran to announce early because the criminal cases were piling up, as they should have, from his entire lifetime of avoiding prosecution for all of his criming. The contents of the documents is inmaterial. The fact that trump didn’t return them and obstructed the retrieval is what the case is about. Classified, means they go to archive, the highness of classification doesn’t matter, the contents doesn’t matter, the coverup does matter. It’s the doc’s that matter not the contents.

It shouldn’t hv a chance to be dismissed BUT Aileen Cannon is very obvious on trump’s legal team and will grant trump the dismissal. Reporters and legal analysts will say it’s Cannon’s incompetence and inexperience but they hv become blinded by trump and his shadow games. Any other judge and this would’ve been tried and over by now.
