Tips are a thank you. It’s not a requirement, it’s not part of the charges. I do think that places should stop adding in mandatory tips. It’s always been meant to be a thank you for doing a good service. But if someone gives really, really bad service, they don’t deserve a tip. But so happy for all the good, deserving, service workers that get hopefully great tips they can keep it all. It’s for them.

Not tax on OT. It's a slap in the face. You shouldn't have to work overtime. Rather than Trump having policies for increasing wages so you don't have to work overtime, he throws small crumbs, such as no tax on overtime. Remember Trump openly fought for a lower minimum wage. So, this overtime thing is just crumbs.
