Well the opposition presidential candidate is being dragged into court on about 100 different illegal sham trials so he has to get some sleep somewhere. Even with Biden taking bribes from China I wouldn’t want to see him on trial. That would disenfranchise the millions of theoretical voters who cast their vote for him, just to have some crooked DA get elected specifically to “find a crime” that fits

The case was made before indictment and again in opening remarks and has nothing remotely to do with candidature. Gag Orders are to prevent witness intimidation and nothing to do with cases that have been made. Check the Perry Mason YearBook, 1959. It's all there.

Yeah, hes falling asleep....I used to close my beautiful blue eyes durring my math class and "listen intensely" too, but my teacher never failed to smack me upside my head with a ruler when my snores disrupted his class.

Thank you for reporting that Michael Cohen announced he would no longer comment on the trial/Trump. In my view that is fair journalism, and ABC had two stories that failed to do this, shame on them.
