My F1 visa got refused 3 times I'm a genuine student with all original certificates and education loan and also bank savings as well. It's really ridiculous for a genuine student to be denied many times😢😢😢😢😢😢....

@@chaiandcoaching I'm having strong financial funds and original bachelor degree as well after completing master's I wanna start working for my country, when I got refused I asked the officer what's the reason? Officer mentioned " You have no strong bonds in India " just because I tell them the truth that I lost my father in the COVID pandemic. ARE GENUINE STUDENTS DOESN'T DESERVE TO DO MASTERS?🥲

The first problem is that most applicants for F1 Visas are denied. Especially if they come from "certain" countries. Nigeria. Ghana, Kenya, Iran, for example. Almost no visas are issued for students. Certainty none for Iranians now. The rate of visa approvals should be transparent so as not to set up hopes and take all the fees for something that is hopeless for too many. Officers assume immigrant intent. (How can you prove a negative?) With this Green card carrot, this will only increase the degree of assumption of immigrant intent, which is grounds for denial. This makes Trumps proposal rather irrelevant (even a negative) for most and appears to be just another lure -- with the assumption that all people want to stay in the US. Not all students want to remain in the US after their education. There is a reason US education is attractive for many, but many if not most, do want to go home.

@@chaiandcoaching perhaps globaly but certainly not per country. And to be fair to applicants when deciding to go to the expense and rigors of applying for a US F1 visa it would be judicious to understand their chances. Some citizens are rejected based on country statistics instead of the individual case. Some, such as Iranians, currently are just rejected. These dynamics should be made known before luring hopeless applications and then rejecting them with the statement they can try again. This plays on hope.

I have been accepted into Drexel University in Pennsylvania for a master's program in mechanical engineering and have received a scholarship. I own a business in Iran that includes three beauty salons. I want to study ergonomic chair design for beauty salons to prevent back injuries during my master's program. The head of the mechanical engineering department at Drexel University is also an Iranian professor. Should I mention this in my interview and even try to communicate with this professor? Would this be seen as a positive point, or should I avoid mentioning it because we are both Iranian?

I think this is good for lots of people without it, people have visas and their daniels, , having to leave the country at any time, can't buy a car or house with confidence. Sh**t is too complicated. Too much work for nothing.
