I think he has a type of Aphasia. I'm no expert but work in end-stage care, and know that at least one type of aphasia affecting speech also causes limb weekness.
The way he is losing vocabulary is called "phonemic paraphasia." He can be in the middle of a word and not remember how to finish it, or smashes two words together.

So, it seems he can run, and so he can waste the Republican presidential ticket if they allow it, but he can not be sworn into office again.
My sister (who also lived next door) was diagnosed with *primary progressive aphasia* which is _"a rare type of dementia, where language is heavily affected. As it's a primary progressive condition, the symptoms get worse over time. Usually, the first problem people with primary progressive aphasia (PPA) notice is difficulty finding the right word or remembering somebody's name."_ [NHS] So, I've seen this first hand, and I'm seeing it again in trump. Same word faltering and constant misplacement of words. My sister's condition toward the end can't even hardly be described a human. It'll become more and more apparent now that the 2024 election cycle has begun when he's more in the public view. We'll all see it as downhill and steep.

Having cared for my mother, like thousands of others, through Alzheimer’s/Vascular/Korsakoff dementia it has been clear Trump has been having ischemic strokes for a while. My view of this was cemented when I saw him rocking on his heels and looking blank. Mum used to do this when she was overwhelmed, it was her ‘comfort’ thing. Someone should also explain to Trump not to brag about taking cognitive tests…. Those are only given when there is a concern about mental decline, it’s not like a blood pressure test etc that most of us under go when we go to the doctor. So looking back those around Trump have had concerns for a while, considering his interview when he bragged about acing it to Chris Whatever his name back when he was president. Unfortunately can see him having a major stroke( the ischemic ones will eventually build up to a major one) as the stress from the money issues and court cases build.

Feel Trump having mini-strokes from life of poor diet, anger issues, drug use and false perceptions of reality from a personality disorder. Eventually mini-strokes are followed by a major stroke which will incapacitate the person to some degree or end their life.
