That is a once a week, long term injectable insulin. That is $250 a shot once a week, 4 times a month. It costs roughly about $1,000 a month. Something has to change in the American healthcare industry and soon!

Trump's not worried about a Blue jury pool, he's (rightly) worried about a Black jury pool.

He's also concerned about cameras in the courtroom. In Federal court, it wouldn't be televised. If the trial is televised, he can't spin it the way he wants to the public.

Pharmaceutical companies that use federal dollars should not be able to make profit on drugs. And should actually be free to taxpayers since it was our tax dollars that paid for the research.

Their pay for delay is another way they are legally taking advantage of Medicare. As soon as a medicine becomes available as a generic, that is what Medicare and Medicaid switch you to. The only way they don't is if your Dr has a damn good reason why you can't. One of those biggest reasons is because all companies use different binding agents in their pills. I know because I am not only on Medicare and Medicaid but I am also extremely sensitive to and get sick from certain biding agents. I have certain meds that are on file at my pharmacy that say which companies can be used for certain meds and which can't. It's why 99.9% of the over the counter things I have to take, I have to pay more for because I have to get them as gells to avoid the binding agents. I'm glad that the government is finally fighting back against these big drug companies and she's right when she says it will help everyone, because the better that medicare can negotiate the better your regular insurance through work will be able to negotiate. It will also give the companies that do the generic meds more incentive to put their meds out instead of being paid off not to.

I'd pay real money to watch a subscription-cam of Dump rotting in prison.

I'd also note that if Trump did manage to remove to Federal Court, it would look bad for him to further separate himself from the rest of the defendants. More likely to see people flip in that scenario IMO.
