Donald Trump's lawyers rested their case Tuesday in the criminal trial against the former president. Trump is accused of falsifying business records about payments to cover up an alleged sexual encounter with Stormy Daniels. Particularly from someone who ALWAYS has something to say about anything and everything. HUMPTY TRUMPTY has said "there is no case" ....how many times? If there is no case, why was $130,000 paid out to Daniels. This number started out at $155,000. Very confusing ....but regardless ......why was the $130,000 needed in the first place? Why did Cohen and Trumpty talking about about the $130,000 so much? I hope the jury gets this unanimously right. .

Credibility issues are not just for Cohen and Daniels. It also matters if the jury thinks the defense is lying. Putting up a witness who gets busted lying more than once in short order is not a good look, especially when it is the only witness they called.

34 felony counts -12 Counts - Related to ledger entries 11 Counts - Related to checks. Those counts are supported with documentation. He will be convicted on them and not have to spend any jail time because he is the elite and part of the wealthy swamp running this country by suckering people.
