Libertarianism, just like other utopian ideologies like communism and anarchy, is doomed to fail in the real world because it does not take human nature and the fact that different people value different things into account.

Around a decade ago my wife and son who was around 4 at the time went walking downtown. There was a bunch of Libertarians preparing for some gathering and my son looked at me and asked what this was, right in front of one of the workers. I looked at him and said "It is about 2-3%". The dude was PISSED and started yelling stuff at me and I just laughed. I then explained it to my son. Turns out that election I wasn't off by much.
Making private marital disputes public is one of the worst things to do. My wife unfortunately did something quite similar, she chose to falsely accuse myself and my family publicly on Facebook purely for attention. One of the most devastating things I've gone through, and I honestly don't understand why. Social media has destroyed our society in many ways.

I actually respect the guy from the bickering ex video. His ex wife and mother of his children is obviously lying about him. And it's good for young men to demand the truth. Too many men are stuck in bad marriages with abusive women that don't take care of their husbands nor kids. Seeing a man stand up for himself is honestly empowering. Not empowering in the lib, you can do whatever you want, nothing but happiness matters sense. Empowering in the sense that hard decisions are sometimes the best decision. Keeping children away from an abusive mother will be hard. Raising them aline will be hard. However, others have done it and it can be done.

More important then RFK Jr being in the debate, Trump needs to insist that no technology be allowed on the stage. Since there won't be any teleprompters, Biden will have an ear piece so that the answers can be provided to him during the debate. Trump needs to insist that no one can use ear pieces or have tablets or phones on stage. Plus, he needs to insist that each candidate can ask the other candidate two or three follow up questions. Biden can't handle follow up questions. These are more important than the drug testing issue.

I am a libertarian and supporter of Dr. Ron Paul. I won’t be voting for Trump or the LP nominee. Trump is far too much of interventionist on foreign policy. He also stated that you should be locked in jail if you burn an American flag, is in favor of the war on drugs, stop and frisk, torture and foreign aid to continue preemptive offensive wars of aggression. He is the furthest thing from a libertarian.

With regards to the single Mom on her birthday. I had to pause it before watching any further to say this: I'm a single dad who never wanted to be divorced. I spent my Birthday alone because the Mother of my daughters and I have split custody and it wasn't my week. I couldn't afford gifts for their birthdays (1 days apart in May) and currently can't afford the gas bill. On my birthday I enjoyed a steak dinner and a beer by myself at a restaurant I love. I truly felt blessed that I was able to do that. I was able to find a giant stuffed toy for my youngest and a little gift for my oldest for under $10 at a thrift store. I also found a teal aquarium stone while skateboarding and was able to fashion a ring out of some jeweller's solder I had on hand for my oldest daughter. We spent the day outside and I cooked my girls their favorite steak that I happened to have in my freezer. My gas may be off, but it's warm enough that all I need is a space heater. A sous vide and a grill solve the cooking and hot water problem. Not going to lie it almost brought me to tears when the bath water hit 100 degrees (everyone needs a sous vide). I made Facebook posts about this situations above. Not because I wanted sympathy, but because I was and am grateful. I wanted other dad's to know even I could do it. I'm not a particularly put together man, but I am making strides to make my life and my family's lives better everyday. Including the Mother of my children, my ex-wife. Prioritize your children above your own happiness, have a work ethic and be grateful for the things you have in life. I guarantee you will not be crying tears of sadness on your birthday again.

The founding fathers would never be okay with the current GOP.

I told my husband before we got married "whatever happens between us, don't take it to your family, because they can't fix a problem that's ours to solve". We've never aired our business unless it was to our Pastor. We never argued in public, or at other people's homes. And, if we had an argument before arriving at an event or get-together we left it outside, put a smile on our face, and enjoyed the people we came to visit.

If anyone's interested, there's a British band called UNIT that released a whole album inspired by and dedicated to Prageru, TPUSA and The Daily Wire. I discovered their You Tube channel a couple of years ago and most of their stuff is excellent. I'm not an agent for the band nor do I know any of them but, to judge from their lyrics, they seem genuine. I found them by typing UNIT Andy Martin The Voice Of Reason into YT which did the trick. They have the entire album as a playlist. One of their tracks features the mighty Ben Shapiro, a couple of later pieces feature Matt Walsh and they do a cracking version of Columbia Gem Of The Ocean, too!
