They both are same as Mike Pompeo but Mr. Doval comes from spooky side (Police, spy, counter terrorism, director of Intelligence bureau etc.) while Mr. JaiShankar from Bureaucracy (former foreign secretary, Indian high commissioner & ambassador to many foreign countries). & about the people leaving in middle :P, they might be sitting there & waiting for hours & really needed to go restroom to get water (It was hot in open though).
