Talking about these megachurches reminds me of this video I saw of Kenneth Copeland bragging about his mansion and yacht and really expensive watch to his people at the church. And it just blows my mind that something like that wouldn't offend these people so much that they would leave the church. Nevermind the fact that if there are demons roaming the earth that man is one. He's terrifying. And don't even get me started on Joel Osteen. I still can't get a Trump supporter give me a good reason that they give him money. For his lawyers (Alina Habba, seriously) and Melanias clothes and stylist. I'm fairly certain he runs for president mostly for the money. And truly he could probably get money out of these people for the rest of his life even if he did absolutely nothing. I keep trying to tell them that if every single time you see your presidential candidate on TV he is selling something then he's a grifter. I read that senate Republicans are panicking because they have no funding. I'm fine with it though. Thanks for the talk, Tom
Many performers brag about their excess. Famous Atheist magician Penn Jillette is a great example. He is married with kids yet brags about how many women he sleeps with and is worth a LOT of money. I guess being an Atheist he can't be a demon, but the disrespect of his wife and daughter is plain gross.

*Some of the mega church pastors are con-men themselves. So it is no wonder, that they support a con-man.* They also did not tell their believers the real gospel of Jesus, but the gospel of money. So they basically stay on the gospel of money and who would be a better "prophet" of that gospel than a con-man who claims to be a success.
I can confirm any monies going into the RNC are going DIRECTLY to Trump. Look no further than the lack of TV spending on Republican congressional races. I'm in VA-7 where Eugene Vindman (brother of Col. Alexander Vindman, who blew the whistle on the Ukraine "perfect call) is running for the seat. I thought going into this the RNC would make it a top priority to beat Vindman, but no. I also have not seen ONE Republican TV ad for the open seat in VA-10.
Not the same, but wouldn’t you say it’s close enough for this discussion? If a family or a company ran a deficit year after year, thereby growing its outstanding accumulated debt year after year and increasing its interest cost year after year, that is what the discussion is about. At least that was my intention.
