Trump's vice-president says UK could be 'first Islamist country' with nuclear weapons | LBC

JD Vance said at a conference for conservatives last week that the UK could become "the first truly Islamist country that will get a nuclear weapon" after Labour's victory in the General Election.
As the UK already has nuclear weapons, it appears the 39-year-old Ohio senator was joking that the UK was on track to becoming dominated by radical Islam.
He told the National Conservatism conference on Thursday: "I have to beat up on the UK - just one additional thing. I was talking with a friend recently.

Actually as I wrote that I realised that is the far right way. Also it again highlights that the far right in the US are driving division and hate, it is the main problem is US politics (compare Trump Vs Biden to say Romney Vs Obama debate, it's night and day, just name calling, hatred and spite these days). Religion deserves no special protection- if anything, calling them out should be encouraged. The weaker a religion is the more it is against freedom of speech. "Islamaphobia" is as nonsense a word or defence as "Fascismophobia" or "Communistophobia" or even "Peodophileophobia"😂.
