Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

We tax Alcohol, we tax beer, we tax cigarettes. Because people are going to use it anyway . Why not tax weed, then they'll get the revenue from it.

Well they already do Colorado for example you might end up paying an extra 30% on top of retail prices of you’re not a medical patient. They get plenty of revenue without it being federally taxed

If you legalize Marijuana please educate the public about the benefits of a drug free life. Getting locked up should have never been the only deterrent. There are costs that affect families and quality of life for all involved.

Washington DC case of Obstruction of Congress hearing intitial arguments of which charges would be considered personal campaign crimes or official presidential crimes that could be deemed immune by SCOTUS. None of those case have Trump alluding jail and only Federal charges can be dropped if he wins and directs his DOJ to abandon them. Now what did I miss or did you make up to believe he has avoided a jail sentence.

Why? Less dangerous than alcohol, provides pain relief without narcotics. I have severe degenerative spinal arthritis, never damage to legs. I was on Morphine daily, my doctor recommended MJ. Off morphine. If you don’t know the don’t know the scientific data , you may wish to do some research. ✌️

I can understand making marijuana no longer illegal. But I also understand that it is not good for the development of young minds. I would not condone its use. Your mind gets in the habit of thinking the way you use it. And when you use marijuana your mind thinks differently and that can be detrimental to improving your life and getting a better education. Don't put that stuff in your body.
