I don't see how this ruling doesn't overturn all 34 convictions. Paying someone hush money isn't illegal. It's just a non-disclosure agreement. Trump's defense was that this was all a personal issue, meaning it wasn't illegal. But Alvin Bragg's entire case was that it was not a private issue, it directly related to his Presidency, and since he didn't disclose it, it was illegal. If Alvin Bragg is correct, then he is immune. So either way, these felony convictions are all invalid now.
Factually untrue. The alleged actions were committed before Trump was elected, during the 2016 election. He can't have committed official acts before he was an elected official.
