താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ശരിയാണ്, പക്ഷെ അത് കൺവേ ചെയ്തതിൽ പിഴച്ചു എന്നാണ് തോന്നുന്നത്. സക്വയർ ഫീറ്റിന് 50 രൂപ ശരാശരി വ്യത്യാസം വരുമ്പോൾ 1000 Sq ft മെഷറിങ്ങ് ഏരിയവരുന്ന ഒരു tress കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അതിലുമേറെ കുറവായിരിക്കും. തിരിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞാൽ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഏരിയയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഏരിയ ട്രെസ് വർക്കിൽ കണക്കാക്കും. അപ്പൊ ഏകദേശം 45,000 രൂപ മുതൽ 65,000 രൂപ വരെയാണ് പരമാവധി വരാവുന്ന വ്യത്യാസം. A tress ന് എട്ടുകാലി, കടന്നൽ മുതലായ ജീവികളുടെ ശല്യം, പൊടി എന്നിവ കൂടുമെന്നതിനാൽ തന്നെ ക്ലീനിങ്ങ് ഭാവിയിൽ ഒരു ഗുരുതര പ്രശ്നമായിരിക്കും. ഹൈറ്റ് കൂടുതലാണെന്നതും പരിഗണിക്കണം. അതോടെ താഴെ ഒരു ഫാൾസ് സീലിങ്ങ്, മെസ നൈൻ ഫ്ലോർ കൂടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നാൽ വീണ്ടും ചിലവ് കൂടും. ഇനി പകരം ഇപ്പറയുന്ന 50,000 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ കൊടുത്ത് കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ ഓപ്പൺ ടറസ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം, ഭാവിയിൽ മുകളിലേക്ക് പണിയാം, ക്ലീനിങ്ങ് എളുപ്പമാണ്, സേഫ്റ്റി കൂടുതലാണ് തുടങ്ങി ഏറെ ഗുണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ. ബഡ്ജറ്റ് വീടുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന മിക്കവാറും ആളുകൾക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞ ഭൂമിയേ കാണൂ.അങ്ങിനെയെങ്കിൽ പരമാവധി സ്ഥലം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്ന ഓപ്പൺ sറസ് തന്നെയായിരിക്കില്ലേ നല്ലത്. 50,000 രൂപക്ക് 1000 ടqft കൂടി സ്ഥലം വാങ്ങുന്നത് പ്രായോഗികമല്ലല്ലോ. ഓപ്പൺ ടറസിൽ കൃഷി വരെ ചെയ്യാം. ഒരു ശരാശരി മലയാളി ഇങ്ങനെയേ ചിന്തിക്കൂവെന്നാണ് എനിക്കു തോന്നുന്നത്.

@@AtticLab🙏❤️🙏 പിന്നീട് ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ എടുക്കാനുള്ള ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉണ്ടെന്നാണ് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത്.ബഡ്ജറ്റ് വീട് വക്കുന്ന ആൾക്ക് ഒരു കാലത്തും ഗതി പിടിക്കില്ലെന്ന് കരുതാമോ?😉 അഥവാ.. ഗതിപിടിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ വീട് വിൽക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്ന ഒരു സാഹചര്യം കൂടി കണക്കിലെടുക്കണം(ഒരു മാറ്റം ആവശ്യമായി തോന്നിയാലും).ട്രെസ്സ് വർക്ക് ചെയ്തതും കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്തതുമായ വീടുകളുടെ വിൽപന വിലയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന വ്യത്യാസം കണക്കാക്കൂ. ദീർഘകാലാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചിന്തിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതെല്ലാം കണക്കിലെടുക്കണ്ടേ? അങ്ങിനെ ചിന്തിച്ചാൽ 50,000 ഒരു വലിയ കൂടുതലാണെന്ന് എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് അങ്ങിനെയൊരഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞത്. ഇനിയൊരു വീട് വക്കുമെന്ന് കരുതാത്തതു കൊണ്ട് (ഇത് മൂന്നാമത്തേതാണ്, ആദ്യ രണ്ടെണ്ണം വിറ്റിട്ടാണ് കേട്ടോ) ഞാൻ താങ്കളുടെ സ്ഥിരം കാഴ്ചക്കാരനല്ല. വീട് വച്ചിട്ട് മൂന്നുവർഷത്തിലേറെയായി. പണിത സമയത്ത് നല്ല പണി കിട്ടുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അന്ന് താങ്കളുടെ വീഡിയോകൾ കണ്ടിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ എന്ന് തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. താങ്കളുടെ പ്ലാനിങ്ങിലെ ഡീറ്റെയിലിങ്ങും സ്പേസ് യൂട്ടിലൈസേഷനും ഇംപ്രസീവാണ് പ്രശംസാർഹമാണ്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള താങ്കൾ അപൂർണ്ണവും അവ്യക്തവുമായ ഒരു വീഡിയോ ചെയ്തു എന്ന നിലയിൽ തോന്നിയ വിഷമം കൊണ്ടാണ് പ്രതികരിച്ചത്. ഒരു ശരാശരി മലയാളി ഏതെങ്കിലും എഞ്ചിനീയർ /ആശാരി നൽകുന്ന പ്ലാനിൽ സ്വന്തം മേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽ കൂലിക്കോ കോൺട്രാക്ടറെ വച്ചോ ആണ് പണിയിക്കുന്നത്. സോ താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ രീതിയിൽ പണിയുമ്പോൾ വലിയൊരു സാമ്പത്തിക ലാഭം കിട്ടുമെന്ന് കരുതുന്നില്ല. ദെൻ താങ്കളുടെ വീക്ഷണം തെറ്റാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. പറഞ്ഞു വന്നപ്പോൾ വശപ്പിശകുണ്ടെന്നേ പറഞ്ഞുള്ളൂ. വിഷമിപ്പിച്ചുവെങ്കിൽ ക്ഷമിക്കുമല്ലോ 🙏❤️ ഒരു കാര്യം ചോദിച്ചോട്ടെ? കുറേക്കാലമായുള്ള ആശയമാണ്. സാധാരണ ഗതിയിൽ ബഡ്ജറ്റ് വീടുകളുടെ റൂമുകളും മറ്റും ചെറുതായിരിക്കുമല്ലോ. ആ നിലക്ക് ശാസ്ത്രീയമായി പണിയാവുന്ന ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ തിക്നെസ്സിൽ സ്റ്റോപ്പ് റൂഫ് വാർക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് കരുതുക. മുകളിൽ സിമന്റ് ഫിനിഷ് ചെയ്ത് ടെറാക്കോട്ട (ഉദാ:) പെയിന്റിങ്ങ് ചെയ്യുന്നു. താഴെ പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിങ്ങ് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. എന്നിട്ട് ജിപ്സം ഫാൾസ് സീലിങ്ങ് (ഫ്ലാറ്റ്) ചെയ്യുന്നു.അങ്ങനെയെങ്കിൽ ട്രെസ്സ് വർക്കുമായി കോസ്റ്റിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ടാകുമോ? താങ്കളുടെ മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമല്ലോ.. ❤️ ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ ആശംസകൾ... സ്നേഹത്തോടെ..

Budget oriented ആയിട്ടാണ് ഈ Roof പലരും ചെയ്യുന്നത് ... അതവാ അതിക Budget ഇല്ലാത്തവർ .... അത്തരത്തിൽ ഉള്ളവരുടെ വീട്ടിൽ കള്ളൻ കയറിയിട്ട് എന്ത് കിട്ടാനാ .... പിന്നെ ഒരു വീടിൻ്റെ തന്നെ Public Space ൽ 360 X 220 Size ൽ ഒരു plain toughen glass ചെയ്തു ....അതിനെന്ത് Safety ആണെന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് client കൊടുത്ത മറുപടി ...." ആ Glass നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന നഷ്ട്ടത്തേക്കാൾ വലുതൊന്നും ഇവിടുന്ന് കൊണ്ട് പോയിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകാനില്ല.....

ചേട്ടാ ഒരു doubt .. ഈ പറഞ്ഞ 2 രീതിയിലും tress ചെയ്യുന്ന time ഇൽ attached bathroom എങ്ങനെ ആണ് ചെയ്യണ്ടത് ?? അതായത് ceiling ആൻഡ് bathroom wall ഉം തമ്മിൽ നല്ല ഒരു gap ഉണ്ടാവില്ലേ ( I mean partition wall between bedroom and bathroom .. what is most cosmetic solution for that )

I have already done truss work in 2012 March on the terrace to protect from direct sun, that time the entire truss work and tile laying costed me 7+ lakhs. Now I am looking for an alternative roofing to reduce the weight load and sound ofthe rain, I found that the cost has gone up so much that the quotation I have received is 6 to 10 lakhs. So I have decided to go with new mangalapuram tiles. What is your opinion on this? Also let me know if there is any cheaper alternative, less weight and sound.

@@AtticLab I have evaluated this too, the problem is that the nano tiles companies don't have standard mangalapuram tiles purlin distance and I have to modify the truss work again. The cost then goes up. The roof has different purlin measurement to suit their product.

Aesthetics is also a factor. So please don't mention safety as the only factor for doing so.
