Thank you for your beautiful words. I have been studying Italian almost daily for the last few years. I haven't advanced as much as i would like because i study alone. I kept asking the universe for an Italian friend. A few weeks ago i randomly decided to golf, on a random day, and met an Italian man. My heart overflows with gratitude. I know that life will provide all that i need. As long as I'm doing the work ♥️

Thank you so so very much and yes I truly I believe and so strongly do I believe that anything's in this earthly life that I'm living a full life by being true to to myself and all those around me anything good it's on the way! When you breathe in, do you trust that you will breathe out? When you go to bed, do you trust that the Universe will rise the sun again? Do you trust that when the rain comes, it will also stop? Do you trust that when you eat, your body will take care of the many many processes in your body? Do you think about that? Find many many things that you already do and where you trust the universe and yourself, things that you simply do not see as your focus is perhaps on things that aren’t working for you. Start doing simple things to grow the trust: if you said you will go for a walk or gym or etc., do it. Trust come from saying something you will do and following it through. It does not have to be big things, and best that it is not. You got this. Follow the trail. Much love to you ❤️

I would also recommend doing appreciation journaling, just find things that you do like about yourself and the Universe, this will help you greatly to arrive where you want to.
