I imagine after watching through some of these videos, The reason she does this, is because she doesn't speak English very well. She moved to Japan, so she speaks fluent Japanese, and this guy up here thinks she's Dutch. So she probably speaks Dutch and Japanese.
In 2012 when I went to Japan as an exchange student and some other students saw panty vending machines in Nagoya city where we were.. so its not a myth you just haven’t seen one. :P not that its overly important to mention, but in any case most stories like that are based in some kind of reality.
I saw the used panty vending machines in Akihabara, Shibuya and Shinjuku back in 2015, I don't know if they're still there, but they were usually in the alley's, around bath houses and adult novelty shops, or in red light districts.
They’re still there. And apart from that, the majority of adults novelty shops still sell them. Nowadays they sell them in aluminum pouches instead. I went to Japan this year and the year before, so I know for sure.
I used to live in Japan. I’ve been with MANY Japanese Women! I must say that I kindof like the way their hair ‘down there’ tickles my nose and makes me Sneeze! Achoo!! (-:
