Madhabhi Buch's conflict of interest may have less to do with her investment in IPE Fund1 but more to do with her husband's friendship with Anil Ahuja who was on the board of Adani companies. Her appointment as SEBI chief was obviously done by the PM as Adani's person who would take care of Adani's interests.

Adani is also the biggest illegal drug smuggler in India due to his ownership of seaport in Gujrat. 3000 kg heroin confiscated and no debate no investigation as to who was the importer and LC opener in Indian bank without which no container can reach Indian port. He was sending this drug money thru D company hawala to off shore shell companies mostly in Mauritius owned by his brother and in turn that black money was coming back to India as FPI white money to be invested in Adani companies to inflate the price of his shares. This is called “round tripping”. Modi and Adani are partners in crime against all Indians--especially Hindus.
