@@1980VINZ yeah I'm not dumb I've swapped escs and motors before. I just don't get the 200 dollar price tag with all the upgrades you have to put into it, especially electronics. You might as well buy a mini lmt, you could also put a trx4m body on there and make a bigfoot that looks more scale realistic. I love all rc companies equally but there is times when they release something stupid or bad quality. If you did put all the upgrades into this, I'm sure it would be a very good truck.
Sorry, but this ain’t it. Basically a lifted TRX4m with big wheels. Mini LMT is better because it’s faster and it holds up. This doesn’t do monster truck things. I also love how you guys conveniently offer an adapter to plug in your proprietary connector into your proprietary charger. You literally fixed your own issue that and offer it as an up-sell.
These are just way slow but by design. Which means they are way less capable than the mini LMT which is only $50 more. But is fast, flips like mad. And is in general a fairly decent basher. These seem to epitomize “hobby grade” toys. These beg to be modded for brushless 2 and 3s. But probably have to change a lot.
Bouncy slow lightweight toys. Not really all that impressed. Mark Santa Maria has a couple and saw the real time running of these and just not impressed at all. Looks cool as hell but that’s it. I’ll spend an extra $50 and just get the Mini LMT.

Nice review, thanks. What about battery life, how many minutes of fun on one charge? Can it take a nimh battery instead, which one? How fast, km/hr? Also, are there different modes on the esc?

@@hondafrk I decided to go with the 24 scale crawlers. Short after that the 1/18 TRX4Ms came out. And if you invested in two cars, plus upgrades and a course (or 800 bucks), you don't change the scale. But these trucks're cool and I want a black Blazer.

first question, why? shouldn't i be able to do stunts with it like a monster truck would? it barely even jumps because the power train is absolutely the same.
As an Rc lover and person who owns 3 TRX4’s,a TRX6 Ultimate Hauler,a Rustler 4x4,a Widemaxx,and all 4 TRX4M’s(my two High Trails on hobbywing esc’s with Noble NB4 and Radiolink receivers and transmitter)I have to say with the groms and mini LMT and Smasher all out there this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Honestly my Haiboxing 1/18 looks like more fun.Obviously not a Traxxas Hater but the bar was already set for mini MT’s.
I have ro give tou guys credit for making a car jump 2 inch look spectaculair! But think it is really to slow. Wouldnt be surprised that if you do make them faster they constantly break down with all these plastics, but could be wrong off course... One thing is sure. There will be someone who's gonna try and find out and i would like to see that.
It aint bad but looks like the diff is plastic, just like the bronco. And also comes with bushings AND looks to slow. If it has high speed gears box stock that aint bad, but diff will be very big issue, otherwise, looks cool as hell
