What makes this a fat burning exercise? Is it suppose to get your heart rate up to zone 2?

What's zone 2? No. These won't get your heartrate up. I've been doing real suspension training for more than 8 years. You might end up in a lot of pain, but what she's doing won't get your heart rate up

Pike push-ups can indeed be challenging, but they're a fantastic exercise for targeting your shoulders, core, and overall upper body strength. Take it at your own pace, and don't hesitate to modify the movement if needed. Good luck with your workout! Enjoy the challenge and the sense of accomplishment that comes with pushing yourself! 💪😊
