This was a fantastic workout! Did it this morning with my 80 year old mother and was great for both of us. Not only did it stretch me out it was strenuous and prepared me for the day! Thanks so much Marsha!

The single TRX rope lowerback extention 16:45 once you've developed sufficient core strength is for the lower lumbar fantastic. A great lower back release. Thanks!

Don't just drop a handle, it's potentially dangerous and bad for your straps. Instead, put them in "Single Handle Mode." Really good workout, will be stealing parts of it for my classes.
