Great workout. I liked the mix of strength and core. Full transparency, I couldn't do the splits stretch. Maybe someday. Noted your improved shoulders and arm definition. Looking good. I must be using more of your old TRX stuff regularly. Keep it up.

Quite a challenge kettle bell push up is a challenge because I am used to doing it on the floor I am good at doing the trx push up straps are off my shoulders.When I do the atomic push-ups are my hands supposed to be in front or shoulder with the part?any way good workout Shana keep them coming your workout videos.
