I absolutely am in love with this build - even though me being in the Northeast portion of the US with no dunes. I respect the way you've built it as its a completely different type of riding compared to trail riding. I just wish Honda would stop fooling around and release a CRF powered TRX even if it was a limited production run. EFI and more power is just the tip of the iceberg showing just how much more beneficial that would be than having to scower Facebook marketplace and Craigslist to get a clean 450r LOL

Very clean built. I have a Ktm 520sx on a Suzuki ltr450 frame and is torque machine only 4 speed I don’t think I can handle 6 . But I can’t seam to find neutral when is running now I don’t know if because is hauling so much weight now on a quad frame. My question is are you doing something with the transmission or just going to lived stock? My motor started stock but the I upgraded with high comp piso port and polish. Hoy cams and all the good stuff. But they never ask me about beefing up the tranny
I’ve looked everywhere it’s like they no longer make them I don’t wanna spend 400$ on a dam axle but I will eventually but I think the tusk is just as good IMO
So I haven’t been keeping up with the Trx450r since 2009 when did they get traction control and launch settings? How do they work with a manual straight axle. I’m not trying to be sarcastic just am intrigued.
What was the purpose of the crf instead of the 450r stock motor if you built it and the Ltr is the best 450 to build you can make those things stupid mean
