I know and that's all good. I'm just saying maybe i would have thought about subscribing if he didn't say it was air cooled lol. Not a big deal either way. Js
Your a gear to high and need to learn how to feather your clutch to keep it on pipe. You might as well be riding a xr 100 like that. 2 strokes make more torque and hp than 4 per cc Especially torque. But they deliver it all at the same time. Not linear like a 4 stroke. Need to keep the rpm in the power range to get that power
Yo I wanted to get a crf 150r or 150rb idk tho bc I just have a pitbike (crf 110F) and wanted to upgrade to a crf 150r for more power. im 6,1 about and 220-230lbs idk if it is to big of an upgrade bc im still in that biggener zone what do u say?
Mans said, “Honestly the 150r has so much more bottom end.” Welcome to the life of 2smokers which have like no bottom end😂. Honestly good vid tho just need to rev the ol 100 out more✊🏻. Those r nice bikes too by the way!💯
what he said you need to keep her at like high rpms through the corners and make her scream but you were good on the 150 r just gotta keep that same energy on the super mini but great riding and nice bikes
@@johnallen6922 I've had a radiator blow with water in the summer. Best play it safe and use coolant as its designed not to boil/freeze or over pressurize your system
2 strokes are for more aggressive riders i love being on the pipe of an ol 2 smokers but some people like to just lug threw it its all just personal preference so it doesn't matter what everyone else likes ride what makes you comfortable and happy 👍
the kx 100 isn't actually air cooled its water cooled its got a radiator on it, if it doesn't it is air cooled thats how you can tell my kx 85 is the same bike but smaller and newer and its water cooled but now im on a yz125 now anyway.
Both are great bikes. I think that the KX-100 would be better for jumps and the CRF100 would be better for fast trail riding. It all depends on what your using then for. I have an 02 XR-100R and it is great for fast trails and I even took it out for some street riding and It did well. It's just not the best for jumps. So in short both are great bikes just find out which works better for you. Great vid BTW.
You can definitely change the cogs on the Kawii (sprockets front and back) to give the little monster more bottom end. Back in my day the sprockets were called (Cogs). But bub, please go for the 2 stroke. Lmao. Yeah man ima 2 stroke smoker all the way.
That kx100 looks amazing, but God that honda sounds so beautiful. I wish these weren't $4000+ in my area. Stopped riding 10 years ago, now I'm working on getting funds together to purchase another bike. Being 5ft, I need a superfine, but can handle the power of the bigger bikes, so I'm stumped. Do I get a kx100, crf150r, or search for the lowest seat height 250f? (Honda or kawasaki)
You need and better get the Kawasaki 100 bro. It will smoke that 150 honda all damn day n night and when it comes to engine work , troubleshooting and so forth the 2 stroke will win out in all categories
Sell the kx 100. Hondas are way better They have a more durable engine and better transmission. The CRF150RB is bigger so you would have it for more time untill you grow out of it. The CRF has a bigger engine to,it might not have as much H.P. but its faster
500 subs lol 12.5k now dude in 9 months is not bad for real. damn u pulling some views also. keep it up my man, this can go somewhere :) love bikes and quads :) keep it up
U need to ride a 2 stroke like u stole it u got keep rpm higher u are riding it like the 150 if u would rev high u would do better 2 strokes are way cheaper to fix also I just fixed my sons kxf 250 cost 2500 bucks chewed the head up and these new bikes all do this u have to work on them more than ride
Yup, that’s just the way it goes. Two strokes are insanely fast when you know how to ride them. They put out double the power per cc of a 4 stroke but it takes skill to use all that
If a 125 2 stroke can destroy a 250f, why are none of the pros riding them? I'll tell you why, its cause they arent faster! And to the guy that said his 250 2 stroke smokes 450's all day long, that's odd because RC4 and JS7 quit riding 2 strokes cause they couldn't keep up with the 450's they have both said this. I think in both cases you guys were racing someone slower than you! 2strokes sound faster because you're on the pipe all the time. I went from several yz250's to a CRF450R and it's not even a close comparison. The 450 is smoother, faster, and has a shit ton more torque!
Love your channel, I know you sold the CRF150, but I have a question. When you had it dod you have any issues with the jetting, if so what set up did you run.
@@DJsGarage Awesome thank you. they are so hard to figure out. Stock is a 38 pilot and I have tried 40 and 42 with no real difference. When I ran stock 38 it pops a lot did you have any of that going on?
