I hope that experience hasn’t kept you from trusting other mentors in your life. *hugs*

Ned was never my favorite because he was boring to me but he was famous for how faithful and loving husband and father he was and that was amazing in my eyes. So sad how he behaved.

This really is so sad to me because for yearssss everyone always talked about Ned and Ariel, and he was always talking about her and the kids and always talked about how much he loved her. Like the relationship seemed so perfect. What a shame. Hope she's okay. I hope she doesn't take him back. She shouldn't. Who knows how long that went on for? Or if he'd do it again?

I don’t see the channel surviving. They were already dropping in views… i was already moving away from the channel because of all of the pseudoscience bullshit they promote.

@@trombonesarecool1 Yeah, I get it. I totally understand why people are disappointed and feel betrayed, he messed up pretty badly and there’s no doubt about that. At the same time I can’t help but feel this wave of overwhelming sadness because of all the fond memories related to this channel that I very much cherish. I’m in no place to tell people what the proper way to react to this is, all I know is that most people cheat (that’s factual) and while there’s no real valid excuse for that, everyone is judging him very harshly and that’s what happens when you don’t view “famous” people in the same category as normal human beings with faults and end up holding them in higher regard. We should all be a bit more forgiving and rational when it comes to these matters, but that’s just my opinion.
@froryte
@froryte Год назад
@@trololollool5124 valid yea we're all just humans who make mistakes, thing is they kind of have to be viewed differently is because so called famous people have a larger audience or say platform and viewer base than most regular people and their actions and opinions can affect media and consumers heavily and whatever happened there were definitely ways to prevent it but oh well whatever happened, happened already, I hope everyone, from the people involved to all the people that are just viewers, heal from all this and eventually move on😔 was definitely not a good morning for me to wake up to the news as well
@trololollool5124
@trololollool5124 Год назад
@@froryte But that was kinda my point all along. We shouldn’t have this level of unhealthy attachment to celebrities or Internet famous people to the point we put them on a pedestal and expect them to do no wrong because they’re our “role models”. They don’t owe us anything (especially when it comes to their private life) because at the end of the day, we know them more than they know us.. And as much as we want to act like we have a very strong bond there’s still a screen filtering their lives. It’s a unilateral relationship. Sad but true.
