i’ve noticed almost every time that the winning prize is never as good as the rest of the foods? if that’s the case i’d just lose everytime and take the lose cuz I feel everyone’s disappointment at the end.
That Spirited Away scene always makes me cry💔. People, Chihiro wasn't crying because of the food but because of everything that happened. It just hit her in that moment and she let it all out.
I'm so glad Haku gave her a shoulder to cry on, and I think this was the moment that made Chihiro go from a scared girl to the brave heroine of her story.
The other video with the same challenge did have Ponyo's ramen as the reward. I wanted that more than all the other meals in that video. One of them was dumplings like the ones Chihiro's parents ate (best try not to eat dish, surpassing Kiki's oatmeal, Satsuki's fish and rice bento and Sheeta's chunky vegetable soup).
I just finished watching Howl’s Moving Castle for the first time and let me tell ya, Howl just gives off the tall dark, brooding, and handsome all in one along with his soothing, calm voice.
Is it just me or did the Kiki cake not look that great? I think the cake should've been made with a ganache glaze to really get the look from the movie.
Can you guys make an opposite version of this challenge? Try to eat it challenge and the number of disgusting foods that they ate will have a special treat in the end
Doesn't quite work...what will the loser get? 1 disgusting dish as punishment in the end? If so it is still better to eat 1 disgusting dish then suffer many disgusting dishes for 1 treat.
I think the reason Chihiro cries when she eats the onigiri is actually tied up with how brave she's had to be so far. Haku says the onigiri will give her back her strength. The crying allows her to let out her feelings of stress and I think that's part of why she gets her strength back. She's allowed to show weakness at that moment and it helps her to be stronger later on, because she's had time to cry about it, and now she can get up and go on doing something about it.
I agreed. Some people is not a fan of sweets. There was another episode of Try Not To Eat when the winning food is a chocolate cake and there's a girl who doesn't like cake.
The cake isn't even worth it. All of the food presented was more worth it than the winning dish. The winning dish should have been a feast from Spirited Away wherein the parents ate which turned them into pigs.
Tbh. The rewarding food wasn't good at all. The rewarding dish should be the one in spirited away, where the parents were gulping the food. Like the buffet type scene.
The winning food for these sometimes sucks, like it’s better just to eat the food and lose when there’s no guarantee the winning food is actually good.
When I was younger I had a crush on howl from Howles Moving Castle. Isnt the actor of Howl Keanu Reeves? And howl looks kinda like the goblin king from Laberynth.😂❤
You gotta be kidding!? Another cake as the winning meal? I feel bad for the reactors... heck on one episode Brittany waited the whole time to have to eat a winning cake in which she didn’t want!
7:40 Fun fact : the little brown cat is a female in the French version I’m leaving this information right there, do whatever you want with that and enjoy your day ! 😊
Exactly what I was thinking because what if someone didn't like/couldn't eat/was allergic to whatever the winning dish is. Kinda not fair that they can't eat the winning dish so they don't get anything
Like they did choose some important food moments from the movies but I feel like they didn't choose the best ones. Like at the beginning of Spirited away when her parents start eating all the food I mean that freaking chicken leg is a dream. Also with Kiki's, I feel like for me personally, I would have gone for the bread shaped like kiki. It would probably have been really hard to recreate but in my opinion the best food in the movie
Not to discredit anyone but that last cake could have been done better. Like it could have been smaller but fuller, instead of a chocolate fondant it could have been a chocolate glaze
Or they should've let them choose only one of the dishes presented, that'd be fair for everyone. Losers eat the dishes they wanted but get the penalty at the end, but winners get to choose one dish and enjoy it at the end without punishment.
i would've eaten every dish then just quickly grabbed a spoonful of the winning dish before anyone can stop me like what are they gonna do ?? yell at me ??
A good contender for the losing meal would be a recreation of that little black ball they give Chihiro to eat and her face lit up with disgust after taking a bite. Lol. Spirited away is definitely a favorite.
I'd be so dissapointed to make it through and just get a regular chocolate cake at the end. They could've had the iconic fish cake! I would honestly be so curious of the punishment and try tasting that instead.
Probably not, because this does not have a lot of food, but, try not to eat Fortnite, 1.apple 2.coconut 3.sofdeezs ice cream 4.pizza pit slice Winning dish: Durr burger and slurp juice Punishment food: blue mushroom
Same for me the cake isnt really that worth it i would either want something savory not sweet but i would be glad to win tbh i feel like that food punishment is bad i aint eating that lol😂
I think the pie from the movie would have been a better choice, but personally that's because it's the first food I think of from Kiki's Delivery Service :/
Am I the only one slightly disappointed by the selection of foods? Like most of them could be easily bought and I feel like there were so much more fantastical foods to choose from :/
Agreed. There's sooo many foods to choose in those films. This felt a little phoned in. I would have loved to see the giant soup dumplings from Spirited Away, I would have lost right then.
@@13myrrh i thought it might have been the herring pie from Kiki. That would have been good too. It always made me so hungry as a kid even though i had no idea what it was! Lol
All the food given to them looked extremely average compared to the movies.. I feel like it could’ve been more accurate (like thicker pieces of bacon for example)
