It's the Asian in her. Many Asian cultures have fish flavored snacks. My mom made me breakfast a couple years ago and it consisted of seafood soup and mackerel fish. Plus, they have salmon cream cheese spread so I could also see it on a bagel. Wouldn't want to eat a bowl of it as ice cream though lol

Give Chef Ash time, she'll bring that out anytime, but she brought out the playful evil parts when it come to punishments when Nicole introduces the punishment foods with Chef Ash making it, Chef Ash would describe it also - She did in the Try Not To Eat Disney episode which she finally broke Jaime with the Wasabi (Pistachio) Ice Cream,. Chef Ash have her own way of being cute and evil playfully at times, she'll bring it out more later...

Bobby Flays first time on Iron Chef was polarizing for a huge amount of people, his jumping up on the table and cutting board made people hate him and he used that for a long time as one of his celebrity quirks the fact that people hated him, many still do. I respect him as an accomplished chef but hate the personality that allowed him to think that action was in anyway justifiable. and he semi-repeated it in his second go at Kitchen Stadium by taking the cutting board off the table putting it on the floor then standing on it, which he did precisely because of the anger that he provoked the first time.
