NSYNC won the battle (No Strings Attached was the best selling album of the 2000s), but Backstreet Boys won the war (they’re still together, they’re the best selling male group of all time)
@@atakanyayla8952And yet, BSB are #5 in highest one-week sales in the US while *N Sync hold the #2 and #3 spots for No Strings Attached and Celebrity. No Strings Attached broke the record for most sales and held the #1 spot for 15 years.
Not going to lie-these are the best pairings I've seen on React. Kalilah & Corey are the singers, Jayse & Travis are the dancers (and comic relief), and Erin & Izzy are the actors. They all vibe with each other so well!
💯Bc *NSYNC at first wasn’t on BSB’s level until JT started dating Britney. Then they got constant media attention. BSB focused on the music, which explains their longevity today.
I absolutely love Corey on Music challenges. He knows damn near every song, gets so energetic and animated when singing and has an amazing voice. I dont say that often for people who arent singers but that boy can SING. Love it Corey!
9:30 when he mentions the weird Al songs. You guys NEED to do a Weird Al lyric battle. Like guess the Weird Al song and bonus points for getting the song/artist he parodied.
I was a BSB fan when I was a kid and I am still today (32 years old). I just love them and I was singing all the lyrics. N*SYNC was not in my world, I maybe know 2-3 songs 🤷🏻♀️
Can we just get a video of Corey and Kalilah singing together? That's what I want. They are totally in sync, but I WANT IT THAT WAY! Yes, I went there.
J.C. could sing his ass off. Really good vocals everytime he sings. I wasn't a fan of "Pop by "Nsync but "It's gonna be me" Is a song I still love listening too.
Backstreet Boys > N*sync However…”Sadness is beautiful, loneliness is tragical” is a stupid lyric and before I knew the song, I knew it had to be Backstreet Boys.
Kalilah and Corey both have such good voices. I mean they play around a lot too, but when their actual singing voices come out they're amazing lol. Jayse is good too.
I don’t think BSB members would keep up with JC…that man the energizer bunny!😂 There was a reason why in the Trolls movie, his character was named “Hype.” Plus, I don’t think Brian would have been okay with it…he’s always been low key threatened by JC, but for sure Nick & AJ would welcome him in!😅
I dont even need to see the full video to know Izzy is gonna win this challenge! Lets go Izzy! This was a classic boy band battle back in the day. I remember when it was a constant battle for the #1 spot on TRL.
This i Promise U is written by Richard Marx. For those of u who maybe don't know, he's the lyricist and the singer of his big hit, "Right Here Waiting" which is so DAMN HUUUGGEE in the 80's and early 90's 🙂
nsync was more popular in the 🇺🇸 but worldwide, it was backstreetboys.. nsync didn't even come second or anything close in Europe/UK and Asia it was like backstreetboys and westlife .
Corey and Kalilah were electric! With these lyric battles they should always be together! Also when I was a kid I thought Nsync was so much better but as an adult I realize that BSBs were far better! I mean Lsrger than Life, If you want it to be good girl, Everybody, We've Got it goin on, The Call, Get another boyfriend, Everyone! All certified bangers!
Your opinion changed as you got older which is fine. Bye bye bye, it’s gonna be me, Gone, I Want you Back, Tearn Up my Heart, Boyfriend and of COURSE “God Mustve Spent..”, the perfect wedding song.. Also all certified Bangers
A few notes: -The full name of the song is "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" so both parts should've been accepted -The lyric from "Shape of My Heart" is 🎶sadness is beautiful, loneliness IS tragical🎶. And yes, "tragical" is a word, but it's considered to be an **archaic** use of the word -Oasis is **NOT** a boy band -N*SYNC's first hit -- at least, in the U.S. -- was "I Want You Back" (it was also their debut single). "Tearin' Up My Heart" only had **moderate** success on national soil -For Travis: the Weird Al lyric is 🎶a rare MINT snowglobe🎶 -The challenge was almost too easy since both groups switched back & forth. Should've been more of a random shuffle so that there was at least one instance where there were 2 consecutive songs by the same group
