Those group of women on SNL in the 2000s just had it. (Tina Fey, Maya Rudolph, Amy Poehler, Rachel Dratch, and Kristen Wiig). Also, from the late 1990s, it was Molly Shannon and Ana Gasteyer that were it.
Tina Fey is my favorite SNL character because of the Obama Election 😂. She won a lifelong fan because of her rendition of Sarah Paline 🤣… That was the best of the SNL Era 😭
9:05 Debbie Downer is such a brilliant character as she is funny but also very realistically dramatic. It wouldn't surprise me if everyone knew at least someone like that.
Yeah.... Loud and obnoxious does not equate to funny, unfortunately. Ferrell has always been hella overrated. Also, Elf is the worst movie ever created and makes The Room look like a masterpiece of cinema
Purists don't realize that show before SNL was Carol Burnett Show. One of the iconic performers, Tim Conway's aim was to break others from their characters....iconic show!
Yes! Kristen Stewart has had good ones. The Totinos 😂 Every time I see them I think of that sketch. And the Pop that beanie back on reverse mohawk😂 Love the Jeopardy sketches and Barry Gibb Talk Show 🎶 Cruz Bustamonte 🎶 Love Tina and Amy and Kristen Wiig.
I think my favorite for this video was maya rudolph singing the anthem. My favorite recurring segment when I actually want to watch SNL videos is black jeopardy.
Or the Ladies of SNL. Cuz you know that Disney Housewives sketch (or any reality show parodies for that matter. Kardashians, Housewives, Project Runway etc.) is so freaking hilarious.
They were making fun of them in 2003, but for some reason, children seem taken with wearing "mom jeans" these days. They looked terrible then, and they look terrible now. But for some reason kids want to wear those ugly jeans with crocs (which are even uglier). Usually fashion trends recycle themselves, but this is just a terrible anomaly lmao
I was about half way through when I realized there would be no Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, or David Spade skits cause they were 90s SNL and not 2000s....
You guys still get a thumbs up. I love this channel. I just can't watch anymore of this video. The reactors can't hear themselves so they talk loud and then I can't hear the video they're reacting to. Maybe the reactors should only use one ear for the headphones so they can hear themselves.
So......I don't know any of these skits, prob cuz I didn't watch SNL back then or prob wasn't allowed to watch it I have no idea. But since I know most of the actors and actresses, some of these skits cracked me up lmao. Plus again.......The dam reactors crack me up more than the challenge itself🤣🤣🤣 I tried so hard not to laugh at the reactors but I can't help it hahaha. They are hilarious!! They are the real skit stars, especially in the end with the "What up with that?" bit and Jayse along with everyone else is being rediculous🤣🤣
The National Anthem one gets me every time. They were making fun of a performer at a St. Louis Cardinals game - only remember cuz I'm from just outside the Lou.
No one can survive that Debbie Downer episode. They didn't even get to the part where Lindsey goes on her rant and Horatio is trying to eat pancakes. I laugh the entire skit. Funniest thing I've seen. My favorite skit ever is Jingleheimer Junction.
Just going to say, I love where you have taken this channel. To see some of them that I watched (devoured) during the pandemic and where they are now. Y'all still crushing it, don't stop.
I was waiting for d**** in the box one, that’s hilarious but i cannot wait for the next video of that, I LOVE the SNL skits I’ve seen mostly all of them there are some news one, like I’ve seen the woomba skit and the Mum Jeans, and even the National anthem one.
Tbh didnt find the skits particularly funny but some of the reactors were hilarious! Izzy is always a fav, such fun vibes - & the pairing with Travis worked so well for this
7:32 Says you.😂 8:22-8:30 Now this is cinema right there. 10:10, 10:38 Strange. They didn't redo this skit eventhough everyone broke. 12:42 The fact that Blues Brothers didn't outshine Wayne's World really surprised me. Best SNL film of all time. 14:51-15:48🤣🤣🤣 21:03 Benison's face made me break. Of all things!😂
The thumbnail showed me cowbell......I watched this entire video expecting cowbell.......they had Debbie Downer and a bunch of others I may have heard a little of, but no cowbell.............GIVE ME SOME DAMN COWBELL!!!!!!
Mom Jeans was the best sketch of this decade. I'm surprised Taco Town didn't make the cut, though, or I Wish it Was Christmas Today. Those are a riot! Debbie Downer was hilarious! Thanks for the video!
