The only reason Nile laughed at some of these is because he was a gymnast, and he knows what hurts and what doesn’t. Ellie’s reactions were PRICELESS though 🤣
@@keljells thx for saying that in a nice way 😊 I don’t watch this channel very often, and don’t know her name. Thank you for correcting me, I know her name is EMILY now 😂 not Ellie.
@@alennaholden808 Aww, you’re welcome. 😊 It’s unfortunate we have to thank each other for being kind online, but I suppose that’s just the way internet culture has gone thanks to the anonymity of it all. I don’t usually like to correct things bc of that reason and bc it can come off wrong, but I just thought to give the heads up bc it was her name. To be honest, as an American, I struggle sometimes to hear what they’re saying correctly through the accent, and I have misheard and misunderstood more than my fair share. Lol Stay healthy and safe! ❤️
All of those falls can cause serious injury. As an ex gymnast myself I cannot laugh knowing some gymnasts have become quadriplegics due to falling badly. If you follow Ash Watson you know he quit the sport after a fall.
I am not a gymnast nor am I athletic at all. Lol Can't even do a dang cartwheel, (I can do a handstand in water 🤣😂🤣😂) but there's something about these videos that make me keep watching. You and Emily have such a cute bond together.
I love this because I got my 5 year niece into watching these gymnastics videos with me. Now me, I’ve been a dancer most of my life and have dealt with my share of injuries so I’m usually in pain watching them. Whilst, my niece will absolutely shrike and laugh uncontrollably. But good memories so that’s what counts!
Seriously some of those made me hurt a lot in my head and my heart! I hope that all of these people are ok. And Emily you did great girl you should react the exact way you did😘♥️ Oh and you look lovely♥️♥️ And yes Nile you look nice too🙄
Idk if u guys noticed but there’s this one where Em went to laugh but cause Nile made a “ow that hurt face” Em changed her expression and I just find it the funniest thing 2:26
I’m with Emily. I can’t see falls or the worst, apparatuses mishaps. On my first day, while my mom was filling in my info (l was 5-6), I saw a horrific accident in one of the vaults. This girl way older than me was doing a jump and placed her hands more to the left and the faulty vault came down like an old car. One long and thank god thin metal tube went right through her shoulder. Ughhhhh. My soon to be Japanese coach saw me and brought me to the floor and put me to do conditioning. But I NEVER jumped the vault. Vault PTSD you could say.
Way back in the day when I did competitive gymnastics I ran into the vault at full speed be wise my foot slipped off the spring board...hurt like hell and knocked the wind out of me bad.
You just made my day! You can't find this stuff funny if it never happened to yourself, but if you survived any of this shit you can mostly just laugh about it because you know exactly how it feels like and you also know whats kind of going thru your mind when it happens. So you are just kind of thankful you survived :-D
Ay up you to. Russ from hillam. Had a bad work accident. 9 years ago. Broke my pelvis in 5 places. And my sacrum and coxyx . Em if your still in pain . I had my taken out at the LGI. BY a Mr Gummerson..pain all but gone. Keep the bids coming. 😅😆
Fails are really funny except when it’s you. I once cracked my sternum and knocked myself out doing a release and catch on the uneven bars, that was awful thankfully it wasn’t in a competition and even more thankfully its not on video 😂🤦🏻♀️
Nile, it strikes me that you would be a great teacher/instructor of gymnastics at all levels - and particularly for the advanced levels. Think about it.
I didn't commit to a move on vault, and got dropped on my head on top of it by my coach (who was meant to be spotting for this exact reason). Scariest shit. Ended up quitting because I was just getting more terrified of doing things, losing skills, and kept spraining my ankles. Funny fails... haven't stuck in my head quite as much after all these years!
I'd love to join the reboot, but english is my second language. I'm very bad at speaking, alright with writing and I understand nearly everything. Do you think it would be a good idea to join? Lots of love from Austria
I joined January and will join February too and I'm from Germany! I'm also not a very good speaker but if you understand English there's no reason why you should not get involved 😊
Hey if you need some more video ideas, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be the only to be interested in learning how you train for gymnastics like conditioning, skills etcetera. For example you could talk about your experience with that
The vault ones 6:42 I was there at the British when it happened. Flipping traumatised. He fully got stretchered out and had a neck brace on and he was seriously injured. Oof it wasn’t fun to watch
Hey guys this has nothing to do with the video but I spilled hot grease on my foot tonight and the burn is covering over half of my foot should I go to the doctor
