Why doesn’t the Heavy Weight Sakamata get any love?? I’ve been KILLING it with that bait on a 6/0 weighted beast 1/4oz. All I have to do is cast it near grass patches in open water, or anywheres there might be a school-or even just 1-2 fish. It’s caught me atleast 20 1-3 pounders and some giant smallies as well - all on the fall, this last week alone. I went thru 3 packs in a few days, One LMB I just dropped it in water to untangle my line and it got smoked right by the kayak.if I leave it hangin off the side i constantly have fish coning up to my kayak to come take a look at it sometimes trying to eat it- just got the saltless ones in 4” finally- see if they live up to the hype… sprinker frog?? One dimensional…cmon Ben. The grass piece is 🔥 I’ve been crushing on it- truly a remarkable lure. BUT ..Kinda tired of videos trying to sell baits that aren’t selling good and make them look like they’re fish catchers. Geoff with the 7” super fish roller? Come on man. I throw the 5..or the 6? I forgot- it’s “super fish roller” regardless, theyre garbage. They might be ok in a pond- the only time I’ve caught fish in them is shallow water in grass openings, or skinny creeks that flow into a main lake.. I’ve got smallmouth bites on the lively chartreuse ones- which is a cool way to catch them..but a 3.5” spunk shad on a Range roller is lights out compared to the fish roller.

This will be a great monthly series. One thing to add would be your current water temp so it’s relatable to different areas of the country. Northern anglers can jump back a vid or two to match their conditions. I’m in Texas so we’re pretty similar. Triple digits here now.

I’ve never fished the Sprinker but you guys sent a Qlinker frog like 2 Bento Boxes ago and that thing is wild. Pulled an ~ 4 lber out of a submerged tree with it the other day at Roosevelt and it was the only topwater bite all day. And it’s so weedless I’d throw it into submerged jumping cholla if I had to.

Thanks for the Juice! I was a yo-yo demonstrator for Yomega back in the late 90's, and Japan was a few years ahead of the U.S. with trends and technology as far as Yo-yo went. I love the Japanese culture, and think it's cool how they are into fishing like they were into Yo-yo in the 90's. Sometimes I think I'm part Japanese!....FishOn...Jim
