High protein crackles
Makes 24 pieces
Prep 5 mins (30 mins refrigeration)

2 x 180g Dark chocolate 70% cocoa, chopped
150g Coles Wellness Road Puffed Soy Protein Crisps
180g Gut Health Seed Mix
½ cup Slivered almonds
1 Grease and line a 19cm x 29cm rectangular pan with baking paper.
2 Melt chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until melted.
3 Combine crisps, seed mix and almonds in a medium bowl. Reserve ¼ cup of the mixture. Add chocolate to the bowl and stir until ingredients are well coated. Pour into prepared pan and smooth top. Sprinkle with the reserved crisp mixture. Refrigerate 30 mins or until set.
4 Cut into squares to serve.
