That expression on my face is the expression of severe mouth burn! Thankfully the heat went away pretty quickly after, unlike a real ghost pepper where the heat continuously intensifies for around 10 minutes before slowly fading out. LOL And yes, milk would have been a lot better, but I did not have any.
