For the way you held the brush, that’s how artists hold their paint brushes and pencils to get looser and more expressive marks and for lighter sketching. It’s really good to get in the habit of holding brushes and such at the end :)

You can put mascara on eyelash extensions only if it’s water based 😉 here’s a link 😉 www.byrdie.com/water-based-mascaras But yeahhh, you’re not supposed to use oil based mascara on lash extensions, it’ll breakdown the adhesive holding the lashes on 😳🤦🏻♀️🥺
