I found a comment on one of your last Belfast videos someone recommended you try Baker Street kitchen, only open fri-sat but I’ve been there every weekend from I seen that comment, everything on the menu is absolutely outstanding, proper top notch food & the big Canadian guy is a true food enthusiast & an absolute gentleman.

The hemogloban in the chicken wings (drumsticks or thighs) will make it look a bit pink even though its cooked. Broken bones normally means its been frozen.

An Irish fry doesn’t have white pudding you melt. English fry’s don’t have potato bread or soda bread. Both staples of an Irish/Ulster fry

Black bones(frozen) cracked and undercooked,I’d send them back,once the jacket came off. If they think they’re the best in Belfast ,chicken should be fresh and perfectly cooked
