Erina just loved to eat. I LOVE SEEING ERINA REACTION SO MUCH. Vai is such a cute even though he older than me. Jaein always pretty and Dave always Dave
Since they really liked the chips, I'm kinda tempted to send them more Canada exclusive chip flavours. We have some really unique but delicious chips here lol.
Technically we could say almost every country in the Americas don't really have their own "original" language, unless you're Native American... and even then many Native Americans have lost or are struggling to keep theirs unfortunately. Mille-feuille/mille feuilles (meaning 1000 leaf or 1000 sheet) is pronounced somewhat like "mill foe" (the s at the end is mute). It's a traditionally French pastry but what you got was a very cheap packaged version - I suggest you ask Fabien to get you a good fresher one. For the Vachon 1/2 Lune Moon: Vachon is the brand and the snack is actually called demi lune (duh-me lunn) or half moon. Jos Louis is pronounced "Joe Louie" as the Vachon company was founded in Quebec and the creators spoke primarily French. (Fun fact: the actress Mae West inspired the name May West while Jos Louis represents the founders' sons Joseph and Louis.) The castle on the Celebration cookies you tried is supposed to be the Château de Frontenac, located in Quebec city... which is also the castle/hotel we see in The Goblin drama. :)
Yeah i was really sad that they didn't like the mille feuille. But i understood because the store bought don't really have that nice cream and stuff so i would live to see them try actual one. But i don't think vai would have liked it as they are quite sweet. Most French stuff are really sweet.
offthesidelines actually they native Americans aren’t really struggling with the language you just probably haven’t seen or heard it lots but in a lot of towns they have signs with Cree writings instead of English and lots of younger generations of native americans are learning their language , but the only reason they were struggling and trying to keep their language was because of residential schools it was by far one of the worst things that has happened in Canada. But that’s in the past. Anyway I know it’s cool that they filmed in Quebec City for the goblin drama I was shook. 😂😱
You're right. The language could become lost. I myself don't even know my native language fluently. I can only speak the basics. My parents are both native and wanted me to speak English as my first language so I wouldn't struggle in school. It really helped too, but I had to take Navajo classes, which was how I learned some of the language. It's hard to learn the native language unless one is around their grandparents a lot and speaks it every day...
I speak 3 languages fluently (english, french and my mother language) and I think, in Canada, us, native americans, are losing our languages because of some racism still going on. People say we are savages or so many insulting things about our cultures and that may cause the parents to teach their kid english or french as their first languages so they won't have to suffer from racism. Also, everyone I met says that the language I speak (Atikamekw, or Attikamek) is the most speaked and conserved in Canada I don't know if it's true because we're only like three communities in Quebec so yeah (Sorry I got lost there, I am sleepy as I write this and I must have fallen asleep too lol, I'll stop now)
milles feuilles = 밀 f으이 lune= hm. ... actually there's no equivalent sound so well... it just means moon.. wth? 😂😂 célébration = 세레브랐이옹 bonbon = 뽕뽕... it literally means candy so again wth??? 😂😂 I seriously loved your French accent! so 섹시 😄 Des français ici? 😂
My favorite part was at 6:20 when Dave pronounced cherry in the Korean way even though he was speaking English. "Chelly" haha. That's how you know he's really fluent in Korean! It was very endearing :)
I really Like Vai 💞 He is a bit shy, I think it suits him. I think it's good that he also says his opinion and not only is silent and says nothing. He is really cute 😍❤️ I think he fits in well with the group❣️
오아. 데이브형 I'm going to send you some more Canadian Snacks, these are good snacks but not what we would call Staple Canadian snacks! And just extra info Everything in Canada actually legally has to have English/French on the packaging! super interesting.
You beat us to it. We (my family and I) were thinking the same thing. Looking forward to seeing if you sent some things that we would like to see the gang try.
Does anyone know how mush will cost the shipping from Brazil to Korea? I would like to send some Brazilian snacks, but I don't have much money 😅 i'm saving some, but if the shipping is too expensive, I think that I can't send it ☹️ (i'm sorry if i wrote something wrong. I'm not good in English...)
Been a viewer and fan for a while now. A few of the snacks were more from the French east side of Canada. Though had no idea the cherry blasters were specifically Canadian. Glad you all liked our snacks! Definitely try All Dressed chips if you get the chance. They're great. Love the videos guys. Saying hey from Vancouver, Canada.
Any other Canadians here??👋🏻 also I have never tried majority of the snacks in this vid and I'm from Vancouver lol so good job to the chick that found all these
