When it came to you trying the stuffed mushrooms, I was saying come on Timmy you can do it! I knew by the look on your face you wanted to spit it out but you faced your fear of eating a mushroom and you DID IT!! Be proud of yourself that you did that especially with the fear you have. I am very proud of you! You have accomplished facing a few of your fears this month and that is an accomplishment itself. I get anxiety attacks when I drive, and you passing your test is giving me the courage after giving us driving 5 years ago to want to try again. Just like the agoraphobia i have, i have only gone shopping in a store 2 times in the past 10 years. it is very hard for me to even leave my "safe haven" to go to my dr. I have not left my house since March 7th, since my last dr. appointment. When I know my appointments are only check-ups I tend to reschedule them sometimes until I feel ok to step out of my home. BUT with the work from therapists and my determination to beat this before it is too late I am going to conquer this fear of leaving my home. Thank you for facing your fears, as it shows me i can do it too!!! ❤❤❤

I've been waiting for this review! I love Carrabba's!!! Try the calamari dipped in the marinara. That's how they serve it in the restaurant. They also serve it with a sauce called Ricardo sauce. It consists of butter and pepperoncini's and is so amazing! Also, the bread with the shrimp scampi is meant to be dipped in the butter sauce, not necessarily ate with the shrimp. Will you please do a food battle with Carrabba's and Olive Garden for us, queen?! I'm so there for that video!!!❤

Omg I love burrata salads lol it’s so yummy to me but what I do is roast some grape tomatoes with garlic and olive oil and i toast some French bread put the tomatoes on it and break up burrata cheese on top with basil and it’s delicious

You did such a great job pushing your boundaries to try the mushroom. So proud of you! I can eat mushrooms and olives, but I have to “just say no” to blue cheese. A girl has to have standards. The fried zucchini appetizer would probably be my pick, followed by the chocolate dream dessert. The other plates looked lovely, but it’s sad some of the flavors didn’t live up to the looks. Never been a cannoli fan, and Carraba’s offering looked pretty typical for restaurant fare. As for the moldy bathroom tiles, I recommend Mean Green Mildew Destroyer and a Spin Brush for scrubbing. Be careful! It’s some caustic stuff! Also, have you heard that McDonald’s brought back their breakfast bagels? A comparison of bagels vs.biscuits might be fun. Just a thought. No matter the subject, I’m looking forward to your next review!🧡💛

If you want to get over your mushroom phobia the best way to do isn't to start with an entire cooked cap. They do get slimy and I can see how you relate it to maybe a clam or oyster? The best way to do it is just start with raw white salad mushrooms. They don't have a lot of flavor and they aren't slimy. They're a little crisp. A friend of mine absolutely loathes mushrooms but I dared him to eat a raw white mushroom. And his exact quote was "Huh? That's actually not bad!". Either way there's no way you would have done that a couple of years ago so you're making progress!

Carrabba’s is really good I enjoyed their chicken masala with mashed potatoes

The original Carrabbas is here in Houston and we will offers different options as well. The chain has become more commercial over the years as it branches out further. Overall, it is miles ahead of Olive Garden except for the Salad and I don’t even like either salads. I just know what people like. I don’t think I could choose between breads either. Everything else is Carrabbas FTW by a landslide! Also! It is a scratch kitchen, so you can personalize dishes. People swear by ordering the shrimp scampi fried and add a side of pasta to make it a meal. I have more good hacks with menu and side items.

I love your videos! I recently came across your channel and I’m obsessed. I just want to add a quick note, I am Vietnamese and banh mi means sandwich. This is more of a Hello Fresh error, but without the banquette it’s not really a banh mi. I get their idea behind the Vietnamese flavored tacos and I think it’s awesome. To use banh mi in the name is not exactly correct. Again, not you, but just wanted to put it out there.

I recently tried Cannolis in Venice and HATED them. 🤣 I was Soooooo disappointed. The shop I got them from looked so fancy and I was so hyped to be getting an Italian dessert from an Italian cafe and it was BAAAAD! They’re so bland. 😭😭😭 I was heartbroken! 😅

Carrabbas used to be so so much better than it is now. I worked there 18 years ago and the food was amazing. They got rid of so many of the great menu items and turned the menu basic.

Timmy they have those washer machine packets you put in the washer by its self and run hot water with or it will say on the packet you are suppose to do it every so many loads it helps. I hope that will work for you.

Yassssss. Carrabbas bread is everything. I grew up going there as a kid and back in the day they would give kids a piece of dough to play with and then they would take it back and bake it for you which is fucking gross thinking about that now. Still love them 10/10. All my family’s birthday dinners were always at carrabbas, I remember my mom losing her shit and being a whole Karen because the salad she ordered for years was discontinued. Then as an adult my mom and I always met each other there after work for happy hour. We loved the burrata appetizer that was our shit, we would put it on the bread. It needs a vehicle to eat with, by itself would be EHHH. and the meatballs we loved. Anyway I’ll shut up now.

Next time you do a large taste test I think it would be fun if you eat them in order from what you think you’ll like the least to the best and then rank them at the end to see how it compares to the initial ranking.
