I absolutely agree. I was finding this game pretty stale after seeing the same perks over and over again. Seeing "Enduring" and "Brutal Strength" on Pig made me question my sanity. I'm so glad to see that other builds *can* work; it inspires me to actually play how I want, instead of what may be "correct".

I love watching "play who you vs" videos. Its where you play either killer or survivor. Then, once the game is over, you play either the build of the killer you went against or use the build of the survivor with the highest score. Tru3talent used to do it alot. Its probably my favorite kind of dbd "challenge".

@@ABronyNamedBurnie well, you bring a mix of noed, iron grasp, agitation, unrelenting, monstrous shrine (if you're evil), whispers, almost anything works. But you HAVE to bring Insidious to be a true basement bubba

I mean let's be fair, i absolutely hate the fact that the only viable meta against well equipped survivors is just mass slugging and hard patrolling (which hag doesn't need with a built in camping teleport which is only countered by an off meta perk, urban evasion, LOL) I'm at a point where i actively do not want to start up DbD because if i go on killer (my main being Doc) i get bullied by a 4 Dead hard team on comms that beat me simply by playing somewhat optimal and because i refuse to sit around the hook to intercept rescuers. And when i go on survivor, i'm literally above 50% games against Leatherface at this point, with another 20% going to Stridor Spirits, all of them doing exactly one thing - getting a single hook and camping / hardpatrolling the crap out of it. Rank 1 in Europe. Like, even the games when i breathe a sigh of relief because it's a demogorgon or a wraith or a doctor, NOPE they just SIT on that first hook like they're literally tethered to it. Slug the rescuer, then tunnel the injured rescued survivor so that people have to go save both. That's basically the unspoken meta at this point and it's boring me to death.

I see so many people complain about her hag but the people who do complain don’t crouch or look out for traps.... if survivors stop and think when they see a trap they would know that they need to crouch and not run straight into it

Yeah I'm not a fan of him either. I've actually played against him before and I watched the vod back after, he is extremely arrogant at times and talks shit about people a lot. Very unpleasant guy to watch really. And believing that bad killers only run gen regression perks is super cocky.

Yeah Josh should be doing anything else but stream DbD as a source of income. But it sure was fun to watch him getting stomped during the MMR test; complaining every time a survivor effectively used an exhaustion perk, held W when he tried to mindgame with dash or "abused" a strong loop. "Dead hard is literally in the game, chat! Dead hard is literally in the game."

I don’t mean to brag but I’ve had multiple survivors tell me I’m the best Myres they have ever played against. I don’t think it’s true, it it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside! Maybe I’m in the top ten??? Anyway, my build is monitor and abuse, brutal strength, I’m all ears, and if there are flashlights in play I bring light born, if not I use bamboozle. Addons don’t matter, I mostly use yellow ones.

Hag is kind of like that anyway with how hard traps are to see. Rusty Shackles is just salt in the wound.

They really don’t need to change it ngl. Survivors just need to crouch over traps near gens, hooks and vaults..... survivors always forget to crouch

It doesn’t make the traps invisible, so as long as you’re aware of your surroundings you should be able to avoid tripping them. In chase it’s a slightly different story, but even then you can still read/predict hags in a chase. Only real issue is if you run into an area hag prepped beforehand, which tbh is a challenge even w/o shackles.

You can unlocked it with The Legion. It's a pretty good perk for Huntress and Trickster
