Many thanks to you Rockstar eater for showing our delicious food to the world in a respectful and friendly way, and thanks also to Dona Olga for being handling her bussines with proud and making her food with love. Best regards from San Pedro Sula,Honduras🇭🇳
The ‘sopa de caracol’ and seafood in general with coconut milk is very popular in the coast of Honduras 🇭🇳... the coast is very Caribbean. Honduras has a lot of cuisine to offer that you may not particularly find in restaurants in the US hopefully you get to travel to the country one day thanks for the appreciation 👍
Sopa de Caracol ( Conch Soup ) is my favorite soup . Btw it's one of the most famous dishes in Honduras, either has a song 🎵 too. I have it ! every time that I go to Roatán. Thank you for the video
Like noodlles is to Asia, Corn is to Mexico and Central America. Honduran is a mix of indian and garifuna foods. Sopa de caracol and baleadas is their signature dishes.
I love these types of videos, you’re sharing foods and dishes from countries I have never ever seen before, thank you for doing that. That food look so delicious
I like to watch this type of videos when I crave food at night 😂 I'm from Honduras, and I really love the fact you tried a wide variety of dishes. My favorite Honduran dish, which is my #1 comfort food, is tostones (fried unwripe plantain) with fried beans. Btw, I haven't had pastelitos in centuries 😢
Going to Honduras next month can't wait 🫠 Going to the most beautiful Island of the whole world 🌎 Bay Islands 🏝 Roatan . You make me hungry 😂 Thank you for the video God bless you 🙏🏼
🙂 Loved it my friend. Ankther awesome video filled with awesome content. Keep sharing these amazing stuff. Keep up your hard work, I absolutely love what you do!
That deep fried chicken looks soo good and the mix plate 😋, I've never had Honduran food I need to try that food 😋... Any other dishes suggestions of Honduran food?
Most places I've seen people go they don't stay true to much to traditional. But my respects for this place. Cause when I lived in Honduran and when I visit the way she made the food look is basically how it does in restaurants and homes in the places I've been when I visit family . So I'm glad you got to try the traditional way as if you was in Honduran. Never had catrachitas. I've had catrachas fry tortilla with refried beans and grated cheese. But not a thats other then La sopa de caracol in my head now 🤤 🤤 🤤. Thanks for showing love to other cultures. You got a new sub. Keep it up. 👍
I love the channel. When I .over to Miami in 1999 I went around trying all the Latin restaurants since there were so many. I love cuban and nicaraguan food.
It's pronounced, "conk" lol. Great video. It made me super hungry for enchiladas, which are my favorite. I too, love anything crunchy and savory. I laughed when you said, "I can taste the crunch." 😂
7:24 BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU....did not say whether or not you liked the soup!! You said it was crunchy, you said that you never thought that you would try it again outside the Bahamas......BUT..... you didn't say if you liked it or not!!!! I'm putting you in the spot hahahahaha
Honestly I like your channel! I hope 🤞🏻 you get very successful. I like your way to show everyone food. RU-vid recommended you by salvadoreña food which is who were I am. Hope you try a restaurant food style (home style), pupusas of course is the most precious signature dish but there is so much more. Take care!
The coconut soup looks delicious. You kept saying Mexican. Funny that's your referrence but this is Honduran food. Apparently Mex and Central American food have similarities.
Calling Baleadas "basic" is an understatement to the dish. It literally takes hours to make. The dough has to rest for hours and the dexterity and mastery you need in order to get nice flour tortillas is something very few women have.
Thank you for trying Honduran food 🇭🇳 I always search for Honduran food mukbangs and there are always very few. Super cool to see someone else eat at Doña Bibi’s considering I grew up eating there !! I would recommend trying El Sazon K-Tracho (about a 15 min drive from Doña Bibi’s) if you’re ever craving Honduran food again lol
Born In Honduras.. after watching this.. had to put Mask on.. going to market!!! Glad my Irish Husband for 25 years Love our food! might make torrejas Gracias a abuelas y madres k nos ensenados a cocinar. (pero no vivo en la cocina) de ves en cuando!
