I love indian food and im african . We eat a lot of indian food in Mozambique . Youre supposed to serve the chicken masala sauce with rice together or eat with naan . I think she just knows he’s picky so when he does like something she tries not to talk bad on it at all, I’m the same way with my bf honestly haha. He used to be extremely picky before we met and after 5 years he’s opened up to a lot of new things, so if he ever eats something that he really likes but I don’t (very rare) I just stay more neutral in my opinion so I won’t sway him into deciding he doesn’t like it 😂

First of all a samosa is not a dumpling😭secondly Indian food is probably the closest cuisine to our Jamaica food, they don’t play when it comes to seasoning their food😍 and I think they messed up by going to a place that didn’t even have basic things like butter chicken.

You guys have eaten most of the dishes the wrong way. You should have the curries withrge Nan or rotis or even with rice. The spices will get subtle when you dip with bread or rice. It seems you guys are averse to yogurts do you didn't like. The seafood items you ordered were not fresh, maybe made from frozen prawns or fish.

I think you guys did excellent with trying out Indian cuisines now it's time to move forward with Mediterranean dishes. I started trying out different Mediterranean restaurants in Cali and I've now added it to my dinner table. Please try it. I think you'll enjoy some of their food. Great job Quan with making it through the Indian food taste testing. I understand your viewpoints on certain things because I'm very picky. Rissa embrace many thing's and I love that about her. To my knowledge you are absolutely right Quan. It's sour milk & mango - Mango Lassi. Sour milk is a delicacy in certain parts of the world(&in Indian cuisine) they lift it up a notch by reinventing it as a dessert, adding flavour to it

I’m newer to Indian food and absolutely love it. Combining the dishes brings together the full flavor profile. Pour that chicken tikka masala over the rice and have it with a piece of naan 😋. You can also have the gulab jamun warm. I’m excited to try more desserts and expand my dish choices.
