Thank you I asked myself that question all the time cuz I'm not trying to be racist but if I say something it's like am I being I'm not really trying to be and I apologize a lot and everything so if someone answers that for you maybe they can answer my question too 😂😂😂😂
I like how in his normal videos he would nonchalantly ask dumbest fail like questions and make them seem normal as hell but then get on somebody about how they asked a question or spelled something🤣🤣🤣
The first one is chicken biryani, the second looked like butter chicken. The yogurt is usually drank after u eat your meal to help with digestion. Can’t tell what the other are
I love Indian food. A coworker asked me if I had to eat only one food for the rest of my I said Indian food, he was disgusted smh he don’t know what he’s missing
Indian food is amazing! Several of my co-workers are Indian, and one of them often makes food and brings some for me (she's honestly just the best). Usually it's _way_ spicier than I would normally make it myself at home, but the flavour is worth the pain.
What was his ethnic background? Was he a southern white person or northern? Was this someone that's an ethnic minority? Certain people are use to various flavors and seasoning, some are not!!
Never tried Ivorian or Vietnamese. I use to help out a Haitian chef but he made fish, shrimp, rice, and his Mac and cheese was A1. Never tried actual Haitian dishes. Refuses til this day to give me recipe and no longer owns a restaurant.
Love indian food. I'm from England and it's a pretty big thing over here. My partner and I both get the spiciest curries on the menu and ask for extra spices.
I'm actually having a meal very kindly given to me by an Indian friend of mine while I watch this! Not really sure what it is, but it's so good! Very spicy, but the flavour is immaculate. Flavour well worth the pain!!
Normally, you get a plate, lay out rice on it, and top it with one of the sauces (not soups). You eat the naan with it. Try Tandoori chicken next time. Don't be afraid of the bright reddish-orange color. That's just from the spices and mostly just on the outside. I'm telling you, it's delicious! I know you're a vegetarian, but since you tried other meat dishes I thought I'd suggest it. Mango Lassis (some places also offer mango shakes) are awesome! If you're going spicy, keep something yogurt-based like that around. Mango pudding is yummy, as is their rice pudding, and they're super sweet but you might want to give golabjamun (spelling?) balls a try. They're like donut holes (but cakier) in syrup. There's also fresh fruit offered, so you can have a healthy dessert. In fact, you might start with some papadum (spelling?) and some chutneys to dip it in. My favorite is tamarind.
Let's be honest though if you're getting Indian food in America than it's highly probable they would use food color to make it that bright color. Americanized foods usually are not done fully authentic. Like alot of popular Chinese dishes at Chinese restaurants in the us really are not Chinese, their American food made to imitate Chinese foods
It look like you got chicken curry and the chicken tikka masala idk what the rice stuff was with the veggie I haven’t got there yet you didn’t get no samosas with the sauce gotta try that chicken samosas and veggie samosa
The black bowl was the chicken Biryani. The rest of the Currys, you'd have to just look at the meet inside to differentiate. Goat is considered dark/red meat and chicken is mostly white meat. And don't worry about the bones they're not tiny like fish bones so you'll definitely feel it as you chew or with your fork.
And are you really asking if India and Indian are the same thing? That's like asking if America and American are the same thing. One is the country/place and the other is to describe any person or thing from said place.
1:45 loll that run!! Try Haitian food for a video, (grio, pikliz, banane peser, riz avec sauce pois noir, riz collé, légume...) you will fall in love with our food 😋🇭🇹
You should try Puerto Rican food. Arroz con pollo, arroz con gandules, pernil, bacalaitos, alcapurrias, relleno de papas, pastelon, cuajitos, sancocho, mondongo, pasteles and not to mention the desserts ‼️🥰❤️🇵🇷
I know I want to try those. No idea what they are, but I do like trying genuine culture foods. Something about the names tells me my face cave will salivate with anticipation of a flavorgasm
Yeah they should have labled what curry was what, cause some can be spicy (which you'll be thankful for the mango lassi then) where others are savory & sweet
I’ve loved Indian food since I was a kid, I grew up in such a diverse community. Also Indian & Trinidadian/West Indian food is similar so my family makes it all of the time.
The restaurants I've tried usually labeled stuff for family orders when we'd order curry. You should've just said 'yes' when they asked if it was for a family.
Where did the thanksgiving comment come from?? Lmao you’re supposed to eat the rice and the stew scooped up with the naan ! And not leftover spaghetti meat 😂😂😂 Lamb rogan Josh is what I get it’s so fire
The first one you ate was Biryani. All the ones in the tub are probably curry. You can always try Indonesian curry, I know I like it. Plenty of countries have their own version of curry, even India in itself has different styles of curry depending on the region.
Dawg lmfaoooooo i aint never heard you cuss this much bro my wife and i over here cracking up like yep thats his black side coming out lmaooooooooo im dead folk
How else would we know what culture food is from? Saying "Indian food" isn't racist. Food isn't racist. People are so spineless today. If they get offended over this, they need to grow a pair. Calling a human being of a different race, like "honky", "N****r", etc. is racist. And not liking food from another culture isn't racist. I won't eat Asian hot wings. And, Indian food is too spicy for me so I don't intentionally seek it out. That doesn't make me a racist. I do love garlic Naan though.
You should try peanut butter crackers the ones in the package with chunky salsa. Really good. I also like bread and butter pickles with crackers. Or try waffles and peanut butter.
Haven't even watched yet but you probably went to Tandoori Bites. We used to have another one called India Mahal(not sure if they are still in business) and they were much better IMO. You would be better off making your own.🤭It might taste better. Your cooking skills have gotten better based off the hibachi video. Hit me up next time you wanna try something new. I'm the lady at Target 🙋😉. P.S. Indochine has some of everything Chinese, Indonesian, American, etc.
I think that if you would have mixed them all up before trying them. The taste would have been different. Most flavors settle to the bottom of the container. Plus put the rice with each dish. It probably would have been a different experience
You're a brave man, Alonzo, I have a low tolerance for spice, I could never do Indian or Mongolian food. Even a barrel of milk wouldn't be enough to put the fire out.
