A VERY Different video but one that every Saudi local we spoke to, said we MUST try. The Saudi KFC, Al BAIK!!!!! We were intending on eating inside the restaurant however women and men are separated so we couldn't sit together, which meant we had to Bring it back to the hotel!

Guys I feel so bad because you ordered everything except what people go to Al baik to eat! No one eats those sandwiches and wraps, those are new items that aren’t great (the falafel isn’t great at all). If you do have a chance to go again, just order the normal breasted spicy fried chicken, it will be the best fried chicken you will ever eat. And make sure to dip it in the famous garlic sauce.

Hi there, i believe that you guys haven't gotten it the way it should be!!, and still didn't experience the fully taste and flavor of Albaik yet!; So Incase you got the opportunity to visit it again, please order the following: (1) The regular fried chicken broast (2) Spicy fried chicken broast (3) Spicy fish fingers (4) Regular shrimp (5) Jumbo shrimp (6) Chicken snack With lots of fish sauces and garlic sauce. And finally the only reason that gave Albaik this much of popularity is the fried Chicken broast which has all the flavor everybody talks about. Thank you ❤🎉😊

Hi Guys Surprisingly, you did not get the Chicken Broast (Fried Chicken) which is what Al-Baik is known for. Also in restaurants in Saudi Arabia there is a single section (men only) and family section (mixed) which you guys could of used. Stay blessed guys.

You are totally allowed to dine in, the sections are for single males and the other for families (including their relative male) or single ladies (this separation was originally made to make ladies more comfortable)

You should have ordered the broasted chicken, they have regular and spicy, as well as their small or large shrimp meals. Yum, yum! There is a family section. Please give it another try. Enjoy your time.

Correction : seats in restaurants are not divided for men and women but for families and men - which give more privacy for families with their children to get their meal . On the other hands that area for men also help them to seat in comfort with groups as shown in the video . Thanks

Hi guys I’m originally from Saudi but we live in Cardiff.. we don’t have the best infrastructures regarding public transports as everyone uses cars or taxis every now and again.. Id highly recommend getting a rental small economic car for about £25 a day it’s a big investment to get see more places and discover more and have the freedom.. if you need any recommendations in Jeddah or any information hit me up.. also we are coming back home this week can’t wait!!

Love ur videos guys and I appreciate all ur efforts in making these great videos about my country, but you might misunderstand the setting areas sections in Albaik, of course u can set with each other there is family section for the couples and the second section for the singles only but nowadays in Saudi most of the restaurants and cafes around 90% have canceled these divided areas. Sections in most restaurants in saudi arabia is Family section and male section , so families feel more comfortable. The branch you went in, probably didn’t have a family section.

A lot of comments here suggesting that they ordered the wrong food from Al-Baik, guys, they're tourists and new to this type of food, I'd expect a manager to suggest the best on the menu for them but I think it's the lack of English for workers there plus the idea they couldn't dine in wasn't that convenient for them, anyway it looks delicious, thanks for your video.

I know that the routine of living in Saudi Arabia is much different from America and Europe, because I studied in America and lived with an American family. Dinner is approximately at six o'clock, while when I was in Saudi Arabia, I preferred dinner to be between ten o'clock and midnight. Also at bedtime, when I lived with the American family, you almost had to sleep at 7 or 8 in the evening. In Saudi Arabia, on weekdays, most people sleep at 12 midnight, and this is not considered late, and on the weekends we sleep 3-4 in the morning.

The catch is with Al Baik is that 2% to 10% of your purchase of takeaway goes to charity, so muslims are big on helping so they like that when they buy Al Baiks they are also helping someone so they respect the company and its honesty and humbleness...

The tourist islands, the Sharhan resort in the mountains, and the Red Sea resort in the mountains will be ready, and many tourism projects are under construction. The islands in the Red Sea are a million times better version of the Maldives

"Al Baik" is an Ottoman social/military label...when mentioned after a persons name, it indicates their prestige and high rank. It comes from a turkish word "Bai" which means (Head of the clan/tribe)- I think. Definitely has nothing to do with picking though lmao. wonder where you got that one from

And visit the coastal Sharm as well. It's wrong that they didn't let you eat upstairs. I was in Jeddah with my European wife a few months ago and we did eat upstairs even though it was traditionally an area for men only, but the laws changed a couple of years ago and there is no requirement for segregation any more. And even before the law changed, you would've been allowed to sit together as it was "Single Men" & "Families" areas before.

Try Guys the Authentic Saudi food, not Al baik as they are fried and for me not the best, Try Local restaurants such as BBQ, Breakfast items lots of things. hehe, Enjoy. For 17 years I really enjoyed Local Foods. By the way go to the Eastern province ( Al Khobar, Dammam, Dharan etc..). Lots of Beautiful places and beaches.

i am from philippines and i worked in saudi for like 11 years. the space between people in ksa is pretty far. most people are in the cars that is why you will feel isolated most of the time. you should have ordered the4 piece broasted spicy chicken. its the competition menu of all chicken fast food in ksa.

6:56 بخصوص إمكانية تناول الطعام للرجال والنساء داخل المطعم.. ربما انت تلقيت معلومات غير دقيقة! يوجد قسمين في اغلب المطاعم والمقاهي والمنتزهات في السعودية، قسم خاص بالرجال والقسم الآخر للعوائل، بمعنى يستطيع الرجل والمرأة الدخول وتناول الطعام بصفتهم عائلة.. بشرط توفر قسم العوائل الذي ربما لا يتوفر في بعض الأماكن. أؤكد لا يوجد مطعم، مقهى، منتزه في السعودية لديه قسم فقط للرجال وقسم آخر فقط للنساء إلا في النوادي الرياضية وصالون التجميل.

Guys it is a fried chicken restaurant AND (FALAFEL ) seriously !! ... and for me as a Saudi it's not my favorite restaurant .. there is a lot out there to enjoy more than just Albaik
