Liège is french :) a city in belgium where they speak french, so they’re both belgian waffles but one is with a lot of sugar in it (the liège waffle) and the other (brussel waffle) is extremely light. Love to see my country come up in a video like this :) love your video’s in general :) ❤️

I've cooked steaks in a cast iron skillet on the asphalt here in phoenix when it was 117 out. I set the pan out for about 20 minutes and cooked it to medium rare.
