Hiii Sarah! Hiii Kyuho! What a treat! More family time! I swear, every time you both sit down to KBBQ, I end up going to H-Mart and getting ingredients to do the same. I love that grill! I’m with Kevin……I’m team sesame oil, salt and pepper too! I love mama Debbie! As soon as she said ‘NO, I don’t want to choke,’ on eating the whole lettuce wrap, I totally get it! That is so me! I’m probably a 3-biter. 😊 Thank you for sharing this fun meal with us. Those noodles! I need to find them. I love how your daddy enjoyed them. I’m sooooo happy to see that your family is open to trying Korean dishes. I absolutely LOVE how appreciative they are! Take care! Happy Chuseok to you both! ❤

Having lived in Northern Virginia USA, where there are HUNDREDS of Korean BBQ Restaurants; I became very spoiled not considering the rest of the world outside of Korea is not so fortunate. Now residing in Tampa Florida there are basically NO AUTHENTIC Korean BBQ's (a couple Chinese BBQ that call themselves Korean BBQ but aren't) to be found in a 1 hour radius! It makes me so sad!!!

Love it Sarah that you're OMG about "Challah rolls" never had one, but when I was in college learned to make bread and used to make Challah for Jewish parents & friends. So nice that some eastern European Jewish foods are appreciated by everyone...bagels, when I was a kid & a few other foods weren't common outside of a Jewish Deli. Now, whole bakeries, just sell bagels (in U.S.) I find it amusing, like the way certain Yiddish words are common & even moreso around the globe, because of the net. When I was growing up, my elders & their friends, used to use Yiddish to tell the punchline of a joke they didn't want us kids to hear! and anything else they wanted to keep private. Many words sound funny in Yiddish, so it can go well with joking, or being silly in general ~ anyway, just came to mind on seeing the bakery you were dying for, back when you were still in Canada Also, Kyuho, there's something wonderful about a man that knows his way around a kitchen!
