I highly recommend trying the noodle chain called "Go Noodle House" or simply "Go Noodle". Try the pan mee there. Also try the bursting meatball as add ons.
Hopefully you did remember to tell the Tenin-san that the tamago wasn't included in the order so that they won't charge you for it. ;) About the drinks, you can always tell them to prepare it 'less sweet/ less sugar' or in Malay , we say 'kurang manis'. Here in Malaysia, there are some places that still accepts only cash but recently, there's a rise in e-wallet payments such as Grab Pay, Touch-N-Go e-wallet, Fave Pay etc..
not sure if you can do a collaboration with "Aki from Japan" who is a japanese who moved here from japan a while back. would be fun to watch 2 of my fav youtubers doing a collab :)
Pan mee is our fave and that particular shop you went to is one that we frequent all the time. You should maybe try the dry chilli pan mee the next round as that is something really unique. If you prefer a healthier option, there is another noodle house really close by Jojo called Mama Kim Sauna noodles which is good too.
